We actually put lots of crosses in the box but no one is ever there to do anything with it. Benteke's hold up play is also impressive. We often try to put the perfect ball through immediately on the counter, having him play in our midfielders would be helpful. Giroud does this very well for Arsenal.

Seems like Tony Valencia had surgery today. No idea he was injured. Shocked thats he's been with United for 7 years already :O
I don't understand why we're not in for Benteke as well, plus we have that solid Belgian clique too.
Also, totally understand why Schneiderlin wants a CL club, but god I hope in some way MoPo can convince him.

What's the deal with RB? Will Wisdom play there until Flanno comes back from knee knack? I didn't think Manquillo was that bad but I remember his loan terms being two years, with Atletico being able to break it a year in, and given his lack of appearances I thought they might exercise that
Still want a DM too :(

On Manquillo, a number of people noticed that he stopped at 19 appearances, leading to speculation that his disappearance is to do with some clause that would kick in at 20 appearances, not because he was unwanted.
I thought Manquillo played quite well for us. In an attacking sense he wasn't great, but he was a solid defender and has loads of energy.

what the hell does he want? WHATS YOUR AGENDA SAMI? There's no way he's coming here to start, unless he's gonna be replacing Pirlo, which would be DISASTROUS to say the least, we need someone like.....let's see....off the top of my head obviously.....that tiny Italian lad plying his trade in Paris

By Yurt Go To Postit'll limit Sturaro's (STURAROO's) minutes ;_;Allegri probably wants his Van Bommel-style defender, both to possibly replace Pirlo (if/when his decline continues) and as a tactical alternative to Andrea/Marchisio. Sturaro, Marchisio, Asamoah*, Pereyra, Vidal and Pogba are all mezzali / tuttocampisti, so there's no overlapping there. Of course, if Khedira turns out to be absolute dogshit, then ... yeah. That's 4M€ we could've used on an actual top-ish player down the drain.

I've watched most of his games in Mou's Madrid, he's absolutely absolute dogshit. Does nothing particularly special anywhere on the pitch (won life off the pitch obv), he just runs around fouling people. Van Bommel can push the team forward with his grinta and bully the opposition with his thugtactics :p
Correct me if I'm wrong Madrid bros
NP yurt, we'll play sometime eventually.
Completely correct, the wages would be better spent somewhere else.

Any striker we buy will be behind Kane in the pecking order. Doesn't really make sense to spend £30m on a sub, as we aren't going to play 442.
Ings would be a much better option.
