Think we're waiting to see what happens with Poch tbh. Much like our player signings, he's someone we should've gotten two years ago.
Fits the theme anyway.

Very obvious the club would rather limp to the end of the season before changing manager if they can, or at least until December. I know that that is stupid and counter-intuitive, but that's just who our board is.
I want to see how far Potter can take Brighton this season tbh.
They haven't actually won in a while, but they're still impressing.

That's a run I would love to have a competent manager in charge for. It's full of potential fuckery with Ole though.

It's going to be extremely funny, however, watching the board run around with its hair on fire if Ole loses the next two games.
There's basically no one out of a job worth hiring (lol yes Bruce, Nuno, Fonseca etc.), unless they want top buy a manager out of their contract.

I think we are desperately hoping PSG sack Pochettino for Zidane.

I know that that is stupid and counter-intuitive, but that's just who our board is.We're terrible at any sort of long term thinking. Over the last 12 months Poch, Tuchel and Conte have all been available. Surely there's someone at United who recognised that Olé isn't the man for the job and pushed for one of these to come in instead.
Now I think he might actually get sacked but none of them are available.
Perez was right and thank god we signed Alaba. Ramos was never going to be the same again after his injury, should have never started that Chelsea game.
Emery now apparently looking to be very much in the running for the Newcastle job. Yes pls. But please hurry up…

By Andrew Go To PostSurprised Emery would come back to England given his experience at Arsenal. He’s got plenty of pocket money if he goes to Newcastle.
Can't wait for all the jokes about Emery's ability to speak English again.
Will fit in well in Newcastle though I suppose.

Will, call him a legacy piece of shit for this rampant Geordiephobia
Interesting that Conte appears to be accepting an 18 months contract at Spurs. United could easily offer the same, get him to stabilise the club and upon its expiration say thanks v much and then go for their long term managerial option.
But that makes too much sense.

The BIGGEST challenge.
We're just wasting time.
It's just this guy keeping his job all the time.
3 years gone just coasting and firefighting.

We're playing the long game for Poch, which idk, I just don't see PSG letting him go as things stand.

They're 8 points clear at the top of the French league and also lead their CL group.
It's just strange the focus on the long-term, because the squad is very much set up for the short-term.
Pogba & Cavani are gone in the summer, Van De Beek & Bailly should be gone, Ronaldo will be a year older, and so forth.
Writing off the season, hoping for the flavour of the month managerial candidate, seems crazy to me.
I would absolutely love for Arsenal to have a squad like that.

Telles posting cryptics.
Man management skills are a pure myth.

By Tony Hank's Pro Skater Go To PostYou assume they won't bottle it.Even if they did, PSG have never really shown that they're super impatient and will get rid of managers quickly. Noted impossible arsehole Tuchel is still the only guy they got rid of midseason.
By Lunatic Go To PostWhat a buy Aaron Ramsdale has been eh fellow gooners? I wonder if any of the doubters here have changed their tune. His distribution and shot stopping ability is top class. Been really impressed with him. First keeper I don't worry about since Lehmann
he's been very good, yeah.
hopefully, the team will catch up some day, and give him less to do.
because, fuck. arsenal are bad. still.
By Laboured Go To PostN8 making the rookie assumption he'll go with 3 at the back.
I would.
