On a purely human level I feel for him for sure, he IS tactically inept and the game at the top level has left him behind. It isn't his fault he got the job, and as a fan himself It must feel sensationally shit. I hope he retires and enjoys himself, or he drops a league or two and has a nicer experience for a final job.
Not a bad bloke at all but at the end of the day he was the one in charge of the team and his actions on and off the pitch have created a toxic atmosphere. H's taken one of the strongest defences under Rafa and turned it into the worst (with the same personnel), he's played players out of position CONSTANTLY, he has changed formation every other game, rushed players back from injury resulting in more absences etc etc. His first season he did ok, last season and this was fucking horrific. Our league position last season doesn't tell the full story at all, we were incredibly lucky to stay up (pretty much solely down to Willock turning into R9) and that luck was going to run out this season for sure.

Sure we have a lot of absences and their goal shouldn't have stood, but holy shit how bad, slow and just non-threatening we were yesterday. It was embarassing and Porto should've scored atleast a couple of more goals.
