By n8 dogg Go To PostIt means enjoying the game and not worrying too much about winning, for me. What most clubs outside of rarified air experience. This viewpoint makes sense to me if you're a bottom table club or a club toiling in the Championship and below and in it for the fan experience and camaraderie. But even then those same clubs would absolutely prefer winning to not winning, IMO. But you're a fan of Manchester United whose entire identity is about winning and dominating the sport - being the pinnacle of all it has to offer. Your favourite moments as a fan are undoubtedly moments when you are winning titles and besting others. So this "vibes" shit kind of rings hollow and confuses me, tbh.
TBH I think the larger thing at play here is that you may not be into the sport as much as you were before, which makes everything here make a lot more sense.
“City come here in two weeks and City may win 1-0. But it could be worse, they may toy with them.”
I can smell the fear already.

I've met him in the flesh; he's a fit man.
Amazing how scared these lads are to say Ole isn't good enough/ should be sacked.
Carra's been the only one who has said anything close to Ole isn't good enough.

Mark Goldbridge works for one of those huge multi media content farms. Everything he says and does is performative. Just like Troopz

This is partially true, but it’s also a symptom of being a fan of United pre- and post-Fergie. Treating winning as a god given right is an ugly colour to me and unempathic to 99% of football fans. It’s not just winning trophies that have been some of my favourite memories. Some of my fondest United games in the last few years have been watching Danny Welbeck and Phil Jones dominate a game at the Bernabeu, watching Rashford’s last min goal at PSG. My favourite United performance ever was the 2-1 at Anfield in LVG’s first year.
I enjoy watching a team play good football that entertains me most weeks. Don’t always need to win.
No pity for United fans at all.
You neither have the team nor the manager to play any other way than like a counter attacking relegation side. Yet the self-image of a team that has to play attractive attacking football is still stuck in your and most (ex United)pundits heads.
"Sideway passing boring football"
"Negative"
"88 crosses"
And that is also a point that has always slowly chipped away at each manager until they crumbled.
Look at Ole. In his madness he tried to Outpress the man who made a living of being "Gegen". Stay in your fucking lane and do what you can do good.
Play like a relegation side and be successful.

Ha, goals in Derby d'Italia and Le Classique VAR check for offside at same time. The brown envelope cleared for PSG but not Juve
By Lego Go To PostRodgers should be the next United manager, I truly believe this.
Think he’s already said he couldn’t take it because of previously managing us or something to that effect.
Like, it's right that he doesn't try and play the game off as an aberration. But saying we're close to where he wants us to be, when we're at the lowest point if his tenure here, just looks fucking terrible. He'd be better off saying nothing.
By Cleff Go To PostWe won't cross the halfway line in fear of conceding. 0-0 draw incoming. We’d find a way to put the ball in the net. It’s impossible to keep a clean sheet with right now. Rashford would do another 70 yd back pass like today’s or some other clown ass shit
Some very good posts by United's online fanbase about where we've gone wrong tactically and where specifically the areas of particular weaknesses are.
But also a corner of absolute weirdos who have convinced themselves that Bruno is one of the worst signings we've ever made and needs to be dropped. Every misplaced pass is used as ammunition. Context means nothing to them.

When Liverpool play United, the one thing that has always been guaranteed is that no matter the form (and it seems to never be the case that both teams are good at the same time), the game is always at least somewhat competitive.
Yes, you get the odd aberration of a result, but nothing ever like what we saw today. If he thinks they’re getting close to where they need to be, then the only thing I can take from that is that he’s actively trying to take United backwards.

We can't sit deep and hit in the break anymore because we have the players to dominate games. But Olé simply doesn't have the coaching ability to do that. We play pushed up in an attempt to attack, but the ball never reaches the forwards on advantageous positions. And when we lose it we're wide open for counterattacks..
I think he'll also start getting questioned about his use of the squad. A few seasons ago Van de Beek was one of the hottest young talents in Europe, just like Sancho is right now. The former has been utterly wasted these last 18 months and the latter is in danger of going that way.
He's specifically talking about Gary Neville here. In his post match analysis Neville said Mourinho was the best manager in the world when United appointed him in 2016 (he wasn't but that's a different story). So because United appointed a world class manager and it didn't work, we therefore must stick with Solksjaer.
This is a preposterous position for Neville to take. How could signing a world class manager possibly harm United now? Solksjaer has shown again and again he can't impose a system of play that gets the best from his players. Neville has tried to justify his pro Solksjaer position so much that he's entirely deluded himself on where United actually needs to go. It's obvious to everyone that Solksjaer is the biggest issue.
And even if we didn't go for a Conte or Poch, why not go for a younger manager who is starting to make the push to elite level ala Rodgers or Potter?

No surprises, GNev is a massive pussy afraid of criticizing his friends.
He would be the best pundit if he had the balls to be completely unbiased. At his job, you have to. But he wants to be friends with his pals.
That's why Carragher is the numbah 1

have the players started the apology tweets yet or do they have enough sense to keep that shit to themselves finally.
Carragher's also actually funny. I enjoy watching him run his mouth w/ Henry and Micah Richards on the CL show. Never enjoyed watching Gary
