By Laboured Go To PostFrenkie should come and play in our midfield so we can retain the ball for more than 1.8 seconds. You'd still have Pogba losing the ball every second touch.

2.4 seconds is better than 1.8 seconds. Sad that you can't even prove my objective facts wrong once again.

We heard you got married and possibly had a kid! Welcome back. You are possibly the single most hilarious story teller on slaent.
By Lunatic Go To PostJust checking UCL highlights, Ronaldo should have gotten a penalty.
He should have had a yellow card for diving.
By Wahabipapagooz Go To PostHe should have had a yellow card for diving.Nah that was a penalty all day regardless of how soft it was.
I think that is a "play on" moment. Feel like anyone would be quite furious if their team conceded a penalty from something like that
Perhaps from a different angle without VAR I could see it given, but looks like the right decision to me.

this dude has no idea what he’s talking about.
koeman’s doing as well you possibly can with a squad like barca’s.
it’s not like there’s some ridiculous potential waiting to be unlocked.
nah. they play like a bottom EPL side nowadays. They can do way better than that
They need someone like Rangnick to rebuild that club from the ground up.
Cola has blessed us with our yearly dose of "Fifa?" I think this year is the year where I finally hear his voice again 🙏
By Linius Go To PostBarca truly is in shambles. Frenkie should come home. Not really. Koeman fucked up the starting line up again. He should have started witht the young guns. Demir, Gavi etc. They were the only ones that were keen enough to go forward.
By bud Go To Postter stegen reminds me so much of leno.
not all germans are the same you fucking racist
That Real Kit looks pretty snazzy, but the material looks strange. Almost like a gauze or Terry cloth.
By LFMartins86 Go To PostWhat a lovely day, Champions League is back.enjoy the 6 matches
Feels utterly weird to see this level of maturity from a footballer, especially such a young kid.
By contrast, the histrionics from Leeds fans over Klopp is giving me life.
By Wahabipapagooz Go To PostMe trying to impress batong🤔
I saw Adeyemi got awarded three pens yesterday against Sevilla (and took one himself which he missed though).
Edwards you know what to do before you leave.
By Patriotism Go To PostStefan Kuntz.Mentioned it yesterday when I saw the rumors.
Penny, talk to me.
I think that might be a really smart move, if they give him time to get into it.
Dude got a fantastic track record as U21 coach. Given that people always rightfully said the youth level currently isn't that great in Germany, he put out some incredible results.
Last U21 tournament that they won, the team was the clear underdog but managed to win it with good tactics and having fielded a team that put in a lot of effort for each other.
Also managed to get the best out of some players that had a hard time due not playing a lot recently.
Some people were eager to get Kuntz in after Löw announced he would step down and I think that would have worked well.
Obviously the there are some things that will get difficult. The language barrier will be a thing, but also the difference of going from the U21 to a senior team. On top of fans being rather restless after the latest terrible results and the turkish FA being problematic with their influence.
We'll see how it works out. I think it's a smart move and he's a really good coach that got what it takes.
Courtois
Carvajal Alaba Militao Miguel
Valverde Casemiro Modric
Hazard Benzema Vini
I think this will be our lineup with Hazard in a free role, Valverde has done an immense job replacing Kroos while Kroos is out injured.

This is a thread about potential Arsenal signings, but is relevant to the needs of United too imo. Obviously it shows that Partey is a more complete player than Bissouma, but the latter is superior in defensive contributions. United apparently see him as more of a box to box player, but he's surely someone worth looking at as an upgrade on Fred and McTominay.
