By Dan Go To PostMaybe it was a dislocation? Time will tell I guess.Clips going round on twitter. His leg snapped.
Guardian:
62 mins: Liverpool were preparing a substitution when the injury occurred, and apparently Jordan Henderson was going to replace Elliott. And in other news, it turns out that Craig Pawson was already intending to send Struijk off but waited for VAR to confirm it was the right decision. Elliott is still being treated on the pitch.
Challenge must have been worse than it looked.

Don't think it was even a foul let alone a red.
Brutal for the lad of course but just one of those things. Sure he'll bounce back.

Don't think it was. He's been sent off because of the result of the tackle, not the tackle itself. Poor challenge but it's just the tangle of legs that's caused the injury. Shit luck.
By Vini.lad Go To PostMané became Iwobi for today
Today?!
By Laboured Go To PostOle and Klopp were mocked on this.
Physicality not being permitted, what do they mean by that?
By Willkiller Go To PostToday?!lol I haven't followed Liverpools games I dont know how bad he has been
today he's pure Iwobi
By Oddinho Go To PostMane ffs man.
By Vini.lad Go To Postfucking hell
Forget Iwobi, he's Nelson tier today
Today?!
By OneTwoTee Go To PostGod he's been so fucking bad
Why would you take Jota off instead!?
Probably to protect what little confidence he has
They should drug test Mane after the game, not for performance enhancing drugs of course. I think he's on heroin.
By Feorax Go To PostOx not great here either. Definitely not a false 9.Standing there while that ball rolled a few yards behind him will have made Klopp's head explode.
Also weirdly lazy.
NEVER IN DOUBT
That celebration was quite sad to watch
Everyone just seemed to feel sorry for him. Hopefully because they've been knocked off kilter by the Eliott injury.

With those sorts of injuries you've just got to hope it doesn't ruin his career, seen it happen too many times.

Yeah I thought the same. Was a bit sad
I mean I’m sure it feels good for him to get that frustration out of his system but in the situation it’s a bit cringe
Salah has played very well in a way that's unusual for him, he's hardly had any shots that I can recall

I thought the same thing. He’s had a killer game, in a different way than his usual. I think it’s because Leeds gave him more space to play the ball than most defenses, which like to double/triple mark him.
This season he’s been better in general about creating. since the first match I’ve noticed he and Mane passing to each other when they hardly ever used to
