Both Mbappe and Halaand play in joke leagues, not sure how their strengths will translate into better leagues tbh. There seems to be barely any concept of defending in Bundeslol but I don't watch it enough to judge it. You get the sense Mbappe is laser focused while Halaand is more hungy.

I mean, whether people want to admit it or not, we’re definitely well into our rebuild phase, and you can see from who’s been offered new deals and who hasn’t this summer who will be getting binned in 2022 and 2023.
We had 2 seasons of being champions league finalists and 2 seasons where our points tally would make us worthy league winners. This team in its current iteration has done its job and it’s time to move on. There’s nothing wrong with being satisfied with top 4 whilst that rebuild occurs.
The problem is you have to move beyond that into the next side that competes for the highest honours. With us possibly losing Edwards soon and our frugal ownership running such a tight ship, I really do think we could struggle if we aren’t careful...
