might as well rip off the band-aid now, before they become national news once their case goes to the supreme court

Love how harsh Benitez can be, he is alright in my book. If he can tell these losers to man up, I am behind him

So Kane has gone full Bale and does not plan to ever return to the training ground. Levy is absolutely loving this, the more Kane digs his heels in the higher the price and the more the supporters will support the sale.
If we can get Bernardo or Laporte in the deal, spend the money on Vlahovic and Ings, I’d be just fine with that.

The opening paragraph of the story Horse posted is fantastic.
I have lost count of the number of times someone has told me on the back of a bus that Tupac is still alive,” says an international footballer with experience across the top three tiers of the English game.
"You know Bruce Lee's not really dead don't you? Yeah it's in a book - what he did was he faked his own death so that he could work undercover for the Hong Kong police infiltrating drugs gangs and The Triads"

I am not really surprised that footballers can have some of thickest people around.
These are people who grew up and continue to fcous only on physical aspect on their being on the expense of articulations and common sense critical thinking.
Heck, I will believe thatt 90% are even socially awkward too

By faridmon Go To PostHeck, I will believe thatt 90% are even socially awkward tooWhat? Footballers are going to more social than average given how much they have to interact with other people.

Levy read this article and the price went up a couple quid.
By faridmon Go To PostYeah it was rumoured for a while. Really shocked that it went throughStill isn't confirmed, none of the sports papers are running the story yet.
Tell me about him
This is a good example of his capabilities.
He has good defensive awareness, can cover the ball well and is pretty decent going forward, so much that was occasionally used as a winger despite being a central midfielder.
Has improved so much since he came, most of our fans think we are definitely better with him starting than with João Mário and he is still 22.

By Laboured Go To PostDumbass. Just get on with your work and let Levy fight Man City over your value. You can leave then.
Brazil in the Olympic Footy final.
Then again, what do I expect from a footballer? 🤷🏿♂️
By Batong Go To PostScum havin' none of itHe’s a fantastic No. 9 that’s outstayed his welcome with us. I understand perfectly well why he wants to leave, because he’s not going to win anything with us. But to act this way is foolish. Let the clubs fuck around on your behalf and leave amicably.

By Daz Go To PostI like Levy's policy on not selling his best players to other prem clubs.
Only making it easy for any young player with world class potential to avoid them. Levy acting like Spurs is already at the level of other clubs is nice on paper, but results are nowhere to be seen.
I don’t understand why City have prioritised Grealish over Kane. Surely they just ignore him and spend all the money on Kane? They already have a full set of attacking midfielders.

Bit of a double edged sword

Well one of them is actually gettable for starters. I think the assumption that Levy would simply say yes to, say, £170m is misconceived in the first place.
My speculation is that City's plan B is to get Grealish as a LW and re-purpose Sterling as a sort of 9.5 CF (using this thing called coaching). Or conceivably even vice-versa.
By cRrusheR Go To PostI think it’s because City aren’t run by a bunch of monkeys eager to play Levy’s shenanigans.

The article doesn't mention who has been offered in the swap. But it does say that Arsenal want to sell Nketieh, Willock and Nelson this summer. Can't see Leicester wanting any of those three.
