I find the worst Simpsons gifs. I love that many are still reversed because people thought flipping the gifs horizontally would somehow circumvent copyright laws.
Think Southgate reverts back to 343 vs Italy and trying to match them. My guess is Trippier comes in for Mount. The rest stay the same. Will be a close one, but we have a better XI on paper imo and a better overall squad. They have a better manager.
With home advantage I think we win it. Will be close. Need to try and follow Spain's blueprint and shut down Verrati/Jorginho from dictating. Need Phillips and Rice to be on it 100%.

Mount's been a really weird one. I think he's been fantastic defensively but more limited offensively - although I think that's because we've abandoned the centre of the pitch most games. Sit him on Jorginho I reckon.
By Killer7 Go To PostThink Southgate reverts back to 343 vs Italy and trying to match them.Don't Italy play 4 at the back? They did against Spain.

If he wanted someone to sit on them then yeah Mount would be great for it.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostDon't Italy play 4 at the back? They did against Spain.Looked like a 343 to me with Di Lorenzo as the RCB and Barella / Emerson as Wingbacks. Could be wrong I didn't see the lineups just looked like a 343 during the games.

Just not its fans. Gotta keep things interesting until we are all back to fighting over manchester club
Only reason to support England is the lads on this forum and my one other friend who lives in England. Otherwise? I hope they get buried by Italy

By FortuneFaded Go To PostWhat is your reason for supporting Italy?England losing.
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostBonucci and Jorginho both have claims to the best players.Agreed on both. And Spinazzola if he hadnât blown his achilles. Unfortunately, they havenât been âexcitingâ in the way that usually earns these awards (i.e., theyâre not much on the attacking side of play).
By FortuneFaded Go To PostDidn't recognise Wayne for a second. Dude is enjoying his summer.Surely thatâs a man who could bodyslam you.
By Killer7 Go To PostLooked like a 343 to me with Di Lorenzo as the RCB and Barella / Emerson as Wingbacks. Could be wrong I didn't see the lineups just looked like a 343 during the games. They change formation quite a bit. Di Lorenzo is constantly shifting between fullback and RCB, Spinazzola at times was practically the left winger, and Insigne cuts in towards the center as a second striker or attacking mid.
Itâs a hybrid 4-3-3/3-4-3/3-3-4.

But we do that all the time.

By FligureSkatingFlan Go To PostHe is English after all.m8, he's Irish.
Watching that Kasper pen save and I kinda can't believe he spilled it, let alone the place he spilled it into. Can't think of the last club game I saw where that's happened.
Would like to see Grealish start on the left with Sterling on the right. Sterling looked better there and can go past Emerson and whip in crosses for Kane. Won't happen though.
By FortuneFaded Go To Postm8, he's Irish.Look at the English trying to blame their ugliness on the Irish. Iâm supposing Harry Kane is Irish too, eh?
Wait, whatâs that, Wikipedia?
Kane was born in Walthamstow, London to Kim (nĂŠe Hogg) and Patrick Kane and has one older brother, Charlie. He has Irish ancestry through his father, who is from Galway.Fuck, you might be on to something.
Video playing up for anyone else? Keeps chopping back and forth and freezing
Better to just go to the reddit vid

But yea the English aren't a classically attractive people but the woman from Ireland tend to be very attractive.

Colonialism as terrible as it is works for national football teams that's for sure. Look at France for example. Being able to sample talent from outside your own borders is such a plus.

England, Holland and France the major beneficiaries.
If you took everyone of Irish and African descent off the English side, youâd probably have Pickford, Stones, and Southgate looking like a rather dull trio.
Spain and Portugal have done a very poor job of siphoning up the Latin Americans.

Great minds and all that jazz eh
If Henderson doesn't start the final, we'll lose. We will almost certainly lose the midfield battle either way, but it won't even be a contest if it's Rice and Phillips behind Mount again.
By UkerLunatic Go To PostThe Spanish and the Portuguese have a particular disdain for their old colonies which I think goes back to constantly being invaded by the Moors which created a dislike for anyone not considered them. There are many explanations one might proffer, but this might be the shittest of the lot.
Itâs also deeply ironic, considering the current state of UK politics.
By FligureSkatingFlan Go To PostThere are many explanations one might proffer, but this might be the shittest of the lot.Is it though. What you may not know about the English is that they are very accepting of the others if they can make you money. They may never consider you equals but they are willing to take that risk to the benefit of themselves. The US is an extreme version of this.

But yea carry on with your condescending attitude without refuting my point or adding anything to the conversation cunt. Don't get how you can be in this community without adding anything but just looking to 1 up the other person. I'm willing to change my opinion but you always just seem to talk down. Maybe you should really just continue watching children skate around on ice.

Itâs also some chicanery that ignores the differing conceptions and practices of colonization, differing methods of independence, different timelines for independence, the differing attitudes at the time towards independence, etc. Chocking it all up to some sort of latent reconquista mentality is, quite frankly, intellectually lazy.
Iâm more than happy to condescend towards arguments I consider utterly without merit.

You aren't even trying you just talking from a place of superiority when you clearly have no idea how things work socioeconomically in the Caribbean. But yea of course you think you know the answer to everything. Not surprising as you are also a self proclaimed commie. You just have all the answers.

But yea of course you think you know the answer to everything. Not surprising as you are also a self proclaimed commie. You just have all the answers. We call that âanecdotal evidenceâ. Your personal experience cannot begin to fully explain the differences between and lasting effects of the Spanish, Portuguese, and British empires. Iâm not discounting it, per se; Iâll slot it into centuries of history, of which you are one minuscule piece.
Iâm also not sure what youâre trying to achieve by insulting me as a fan of figure skating and a supporter of communism. Do you want to go after my love of pasta and Kafka, too?
You may as well add me to your ignore list. Iâm not sure where the animosity is originating (I canât even recall having an argument with you in the past). The original âpoor jobâ remark that set off this bellicose blast of posts was, I thought, quite clearly a joke. But if you find me so unbearable, thereâs, fortunately, a simple solution.
By FootbalIFan Go To PostChill m8s. It doesn't have to get personalNah this dude been feeling himself too much. These kinds of people need to be called out. We're all pretty cool here except the Madrid fans
