United will end up being a better team without Pogba, and that's not just down to Solskjær being hilariously out of his depth
The golden balloon nominees should be: Jorginho, so Wooden has a stroke, Lewandowski, for dominating a shit league, and Messi, for continuing to exist.
The amount of goals Jorginho cost this season, should be enough reason to exclude him from that conversation. Can't win over west brom because of this cunt
Finding the Jorginho shouts very strange
He was really good for half a season and won two tournaments. Does that make him the best player in Europe over the last year? Or are people just looking for a winner to come out of left field?

I really don't understand it either, which is a huge surprise in sure. He was pretty good at the euros, and he did win cl... But fuck me, some of those performances he put in for Chelsea in the league, were absolutely shocking.
Lazy might be the wrong word, rather a complete inability to concentrate maybe. But it has been disgraceful several times, he got team mates sent off with his hopeless back passes, missed a bunch of pens and is otherwise a complete none threat in front of goal. Not that I believe a footballer needs to score a lot of goals to be the greatest in the world, but there was long stretches when he did nothing well, and mostly just gave away goals out of nothing instead.

Just give it Lewandowski tho
They fucking robbed him of the one that he undoubtedly deserved because they decided to be a bunch of sanctimonious bellends, and he had a ridiculous domestic season again this time around.

By Punished* Go To PostWednesday, lads. You ok yen?
It's dumb as fuck that a player who features in a CL/international tournament winning team etc is automatically considered a frontrunner for the Ballon D'or.
It's an individual award for the best player, the reward for the team is the trophy itself.
Jorginho is no where near the best player in the world this year. No where near. Certainly played well for Italy though.

By Meier Go To Post@Bud: I think the length of Coloratura is making it hard for me to focus on it much while at work, but I just played it through and definitely enjoyed it. It was just sort of backgroundy after a little while though. Will probably want to listen again either on the drive home or while at home, but yeah, a nice tune! I think this YT comment is pretty accurate from first listen: "this song sounds like x&y era combine with everglow" (the guy's all lower case writing style reminded me of you actually).
hahah, fair enough. reminded me more of “moving to mars,” actually.
By Cleff Go To PostPogba turned down a new contract.Just give us 70 Mill, psg.
Bye.
And good luck with him and Neymar in the same team.
Villa want £100m for Grealish apparently.
I think he'll end up at City, but wouldn't be completely shocked if he signs a new contract with Villa either. He's their captain and a hero to every Villa fan, plus he knows he doesn't need to play for City to get into the England squad.

Does he want to win things though?
By FootbalIFan Go To PostAnd wouldn't he earn more at city? He'll earn a lot of Villa as well. They've very rich owners.
By FootbalIFan Go To PostAnd wouldn't he earn more at city? Not sure. Villa have some of the richest owners in the league I think (could be wrong).
By Willkiller Go To PostDoes he want to win things though?I mean probably? Who wouldn't want to win things.
But that doesn't always mean they'll move. Fwiw I think he will go to City. But there are some compelling reasons for him to stay at Villa.
The lads Amad Diallo and Bailly are through to the Quarter finals in the Olympics.
Came out of a group including Germany and Brazil (1st).
Germany had to win vs Ivory Coast today. They drew.

Think he'll look at the Kane situation and say no thanks and will push for the move.
If he signs a big extension with Villa now that's his best years gone at a club that will not win anything, and they are probably financially strong enough to resist selling him during those years.
By Cleff Go To PostO Celtic baby no what is you doing
This is their keeper last week against a Danish team that sold all their best players
Even hart would make a difference here
By Laboured Go To PostThink he'll look at the Kane situation and say no thanks and will push for the move.Yeah absolutely. I was thinking of Kane and Zaha as well. He's probably one foot out the door already but I just don't think there are no reasons for him to stay.

By Pennywise Go To PostDerby would win against that German team. Not if Rooney had anything to say about it
They wanted to take Pedro Porro but we didn't allow it because we really need him for the start of the season.
He ended up getting injured and will probably miss the Super Cup game on Saturday and the first league match the following week.

Any keeper is better than what Celtic have now. The club is a mess. Heads should roll really. I don’t know how you can be in such a strong position and then allow this to happen.

By Killer7 Go To PostNot sure. Villa have some of the richest owners in the league I think (could be wrong).Wasn't aware of this. Why don't they sign more top players

Buendia is an example
By FootbalIFan Go To PostWasn't aware of this. Why don't they sign more top playersBecause it is Villa and they somewhat follow FFP rules compared to certain other owners

we're off to a good start I see
By Pennywise Go To PostAlso begs the question why isn't he vaccined already? He signed for real madrid, likely doesn't have a functioning brain
By Pennywise Go To PostAlso begs the question why isn't he vaccined already?
do we know that he isnt?
By Punished* Go To PostThe Real kit is quite nice.It really is.
Also, being vaccinated does not mean that you are 100% immune.
By Pennywise Go To PostAlso begs the question why isn't he vaccined already?
You can still get covid ya know
By Pennywise Go To PostAlso begs the question why isn't he vaccined already?Vaccination doesn't stop people from getting infected and transmitting it.
