Dortmund are already sniffing around Thierry Small
i dont really know why he has chosen everton because yeah, their pathway doesnt seem great. he defo had other PL options... maybe Everton simply offered him more dolla.
Feels like his star has fallen pretty far over the last year or two, what happened?
Only two mid table prep clubs in for him?

Nah he's still gud. Not sure if that should be Spurs's priority mind you.
By Laboured Go To PostNah he's still gud. Not sure if that should be Spurs's priority mind you.Not a priority for sure, that’s all defence, but we should be shaking up our CM options. Both Sissoko and Winks cannot be at the club any longer. €25m is a steal for his supposed talent
Correct thread this time.
Really don't trust this because both the The Sun and Custis are pretty unreliable on United, but just for funsies anyway.

By n8 dogg Go To PostReally don’t see us paying that much for Tripps unless we sell Dalot for a similar price
Dalot's being offered out on a loan with an option to buy, so that's unlikely. Could be Lingard money I suppose.

Yeah it's about £10m less than they originally quoted.
I thought Custis was one of the more reliable ones for United. Might be wrong....
Varane move sounds like it'll happen, United haven't tried to deny anything and credible journalists are saying we've more or less sorted out the terms for him. Paying a fee both clubs agree on should be easy enough with the situation Madrid are in.
This Lingard to Atletico move might hold some truth as apparently staff have been told not to take any training pics of him. That, or it forces West Ham to pay up. I think he leaves this summer. £20m+ is decent for him.
Matt Law is very good with Transfers usually and we seemed to have been very interested in Trippier previously. With Dalot looking to leave to Milan potentially and Tripps pushing for a move, it could be happening...

Barca are incredibly bad at transfer deals. The Saul for Griezmann thing will end up being a disaster for them. It's not just that they're taking a massive loss on the Griezmann transfer only to send him back to a direct rival and strengthening them massively. It's also that Saul probably isn't the right kind of midfielder for them either. He'll be another good player that doesn't suit their system that they'll be looking to move on at a loss in a few years.
Not to mention they'll likely end up compensating his wages at AM, which is something they're directly trying to avoid so they can keep a 34 yo Messi.
#Messi'31
#Messi'31
It all circles back to Messi. I think they know that the most surefire way to get Barca out of the financial hole they're in is to let him go. But no BoM wants to be the one that actually let's him go. It's political suicide.
So they're left with an aging superstar who is gradually declining. And they don't have the money to sign the players needed to cover for his deficiencies. So they'll get anything they can, despite it not being what they need, only to make a further financial loss on them in a few years.
And they can't shift unwanted players because who wants to leave a city like Barcelona and a club that pays them twice what any other sensible side would? And all the while they've an unbalanced side that won't challenge for top honours and continues to rack up debt.
Signing Neymar is the worst thing they ever did. That was a dodgy deal its own right. Santos only got like £20m but they paid out £80m in agent fees. They got into bed with shifty characters and they've not been able to disentangle themselves from that mess since.

The best decision was to let Messi go when he wanted to at the end of last season
Once that didn't happen, the rest is all deserved for incompetence

Hard to say what City would have paid, but the main impetus for the transfer was that it was meant to be free so they could put that money towards his outrageous salary. Very little chance they’d have paid £100m. Certainly not more.

Come on man... Not only would have City (or PSG) paid a ridiculous amount to get him they would have been more than happy to match whatever salary he was already receiving, if not more.
lol
One departure, however, that will be confirmed fairly soon is Felipe Anderson’s switch to Lazio. West Ham signed the Brazilian from the Italian side in 2018 for a then club-record fee of £36 million, but will only receive a paltry sum of £4 million.
