Congrats, Bucks. Worthy winners. And a very worthy Finals MVP, Giannis was amazing.
First two quarters were WOAT though lol. And just point blank didn’t understand some ref calls.
Loved my first season watching. Cheers boys.

Lakers life depends on glass AD
They’ll be 4-8th again due to heavy load management next season even with Chris Paul
The center/back up center they get will be key for Ayton, Jokic, even Boban

West looks a lot less predictable than the East. If LBJ and AD fit they’re obvious favourites. But can Suns and Jazz repeat? Can Nuggets go the extra mile? Can Clippers compete without Kawhi? Can Mavs and Blazers make the most of their new coaches and All-Stars? Can Warriors make the most of Klay back and the last golden years of Curry and Green? Exciting shit.
my super hot take is that no team that went to the conference finals this year will be there next year.

Atlanta probably least likely to go back, if Nuggets and Lakers are healthy then Suns gotta compete with those two. Clippers are the Clippers
Steph’s second best offensive threat was probably Draymond and he still dragged that shit to the 8th best record in the West. They might not be championship material but Klay coming back, they have the potential to upset a lot of teams.
Milwaukee will make it back if they can pick up some shooters as that’s really their only weakness. They have a ring now so I expect a lot of players will want to sign just to stand in the corner and shoot 3s whenever Giannis kicks it out.
warriors need to absolutely nail whatever trade they make. i just don't know if there's a deal that puts them back in contention.
honestly, I think atlanta is straight for years to come lol. that team is an immaculate spot when you look at their contract situations - they just need to let collins walk and not play favorites with their rookie contract guys.
booker should probably sit out the olympics but i ain't mad.

West is going to be nuts again next year. Think the top 7 seeds are all going to be within 1 or 2 games of each other.
Edit: the Warriors are in a scary spot. Klay coming back will help but his defense is going to take a hit. He will still be a god tier jump shooter though.

I don’t think they’re going to. He was an important part, it might be an overpay but people were saying the same shit about Jrue so it’ll get in their heads.
anybody want a slightly used Ben Simmons.
He's in the gym and this is totally the year he starts to shoot.
promise.

By aka Espi Go To PostWhy do you think they should let Collins walk?because collins is not that good plainly (portis plainly outplayed him in limited time). he's in the same mold as jj hickson and faried types of guys. and generally, you gotta be at least boozer-good to be worth paying that kind of player to stay. collins benefits more from atlanta's style of play than atlanta benefits from playing him. as is, he's not moving the needle against any other regular matchup that he's likely to see in the east.

but also because if you look at their books, paying him hamstrings all their other decisions down the road.

like look at where atlanta is. they have all kinds of freedom before having to lock in for the long haul. shit, they made the playoff run without hunter and reddish too for the most part. they stay healthy and get a slight solomon hill upgrade and they'll forget about collis by christmas

They should probably try to at least work out a sign and trade.

I'm still shook that Giannis turned into an actual god in the finals. Hitting all of these free throws yesterday is just the cherry on top.
