By Eduaraujo Go To PostMartims portuguese speak am allowed here ? You are Sporting staff or Just fan ?Yeah, the occasional post in Portuguese is fine.
Just a fan.
By LFMartins86 Go To PostFinal match day in Portugal will have fans on the stands. Only home fans and they have to be tested for Covid.
Do you know what the story is in Portugal about the Champions League final being played there?
It sounds like it won't be played at Wembley as the UK government are not willing to bend quarantine rules for broadcasters and UEFAs guests coming from abroad to attend the final
By Wahabipapangus Go To Postanyone have the video of kermit and the rest of the bogans, celebrating the city win with a bus tour? the confused faces of the people outside the bus are amazingIt's really such a delightful video. I saw your repost of it, I'll definitely give it another watch.
There is a fella named Patrick from the Sydney Blues who works for Qantas so he can travel anywhere for free basically so he's always coming to the US for the tours or sometimes just for fun and I asked him about the Pig once. He was very familiar.
Patrick is there on the right. Great dude.
By Plasma Go To Posthttps://theathletic.com/2580688/Yes lads! The only one I'd miss remotely is David Luiz. The rest can fuck off.
Oh no.
Anyway.
In current conditions that's pretty good (for EPL teams at least, not so good for the other leagues).
By Eduaraujo Go To PostNice martins só Jorge Jesus failure? YOU like Jorge jesus? Bar dorst and gelson Martins are whereYeah, Jorge Jesus's return to Benfica was a a massive failure.
They spent around 100M€ in transfers, the 5th or 6th most that a European club spent.
They were going for a complete domination of the domestic competitions and a great run in the Champions but didn't even reach the group stage in the CL, are going to end in 3rd on the league and only have the Portuguese Cup to aim.
Nothing wrong with winning the Portuguese Cup but not exactly what was expected after one of the highest investments ever in the Portuguese League.
Bas Dost is doing okay in Belgium, Gelson Martins has been decent in Monaco.
He was apparently spotted in Lisbon yesterday with the fans.

It's basically that, the UK has very strict quarantine rules while ours have been lifted.
People are claiming that this recent announcement of fans in the stands on the final match day is the avoid some backlash of our fans not being allowed to watch matches but suddenly it's okay to let a few thousand tourists in to watch a football match.
Martins, City have a youth player named Carlos Borges who it looks like we signed from Sporting last summer. He scored the goal today to give the U18 team their league title. 12 goals and 18 assists this season apparently.

By LFMartins86 Go To PostHe has been with City since 14/15. Was only at Sporting for a year but then his parents moved to England.Ahh, gotcha. I guess he just got called up to the U18 team this past season so that is why it showed that way. I suppose you probably don't know much about him if he has been at City that long. Hopefully he has a nice career ahead of him.
My eyes are still a bit blurry but came in here to say congrats City and duck Ole for that team selection.
See you folks later.
See you folks later.
By Vini.lad Go To PostYes lads! The only one I'd miss remotely is David Luiz. The rest can fuck off.Agreed, Luiz has been a decent signing. Xhaka has been good in some games, so has Leno. Really shouldn’t have got rid of Martinez :(
Stoney has been unhappy with the training infrastructure for our women's team for a while now and has received offers from American sides. Another stick to beat the Glazer's with.
By LabouredPatriot Go To PostI strongly believe that The Arsenal Gunners can do a win today.the pressure is off
I wouldn't be surprised

considering we showed up late as hell to the ladies footy party anyway, it makes total sense their infrastructure is similarly lagging.
Been one of our better loaned out youngsters this season. Wonder if he'll deputise for AWB next season.
People at the club reckon Garner will go back on loan (I'm guessing because we have a lot of CMs and it requires a more mature player). Not been much talk / rumours about Laird tho.
By Xpike Go To Postour lineup is shit and makes no senseLOL we need a whole new 11
