By Perfect Blue Go To PostLa Liga is done I wonder these goons wanted the ESL so badly
La Liga and Serie A. Absolutely miles behind and no money to possibly catch up.
You can see why Perez was pushing for the Super League so much. Madrid's best players are the wrong side of 30 and the 25-30 year olds who should be carrying the side for the next few years aren't good enough.
They need to spend big to rejuvenate the side and they do t have the money to do it.

They have, they just spent poorly.
By FootbalIFan Go To PostWell done m8 sending through the 3rd place medalThank u
It is after all 17 years after the 2004 title. Which was 17 years after the '87 title.
Champions League 2037/38 will be lit lets go.

By Willkiller Go To PostMadrid just never really wanted thisIt genuinely looks like they went into this tie just thinking 'we always do enough to get through' without any thought to how to make it happen.
By jts Go To PostThank uCongrats on winning the final against Sparta Prague.

By Frustrated_me Go To PostHazard is as done as it gets I guess, nothing player now.Wow
The pig has finally flown over the horizon
Thing is the PL also gave money to everyone pushing the entire level of play up, meanwhile Barca and Madrid keep sabotaging any attemps for La Liga to have a more equal share
Also don't even talk about Madrid not having money when they just got 29 year old Alaba for a couple millions

Remember when Lampard said these lads aren’t ready to win trophies. Tactics Thomas got us in two finals.
By LabouredPatriot Go To PostLa Liga and Serie A. Absolutely miles behind and no money to possibly catch up.But when you think about it, who else can you blame for their lack of planning and forward thinking? The Barclays has ruined them

Feels like they thought that yeah and as soon as the first goal went in they were like "ah well we've won it quite a lot recently anyway, no big deal"
By Fergie Go To PostLampard should never coach again.Tuchel making his media cronies look even more fucking stupid than they do on their own. Especially the Redknapps.

By LabouredPatriot Go To PostThey have, they just spent poorly.Just looked at Transfermrkt and had no idea they'd spent that much on Militiao, Rodrygo and Reiner. Jovic was £50m too. They've spent a ton on potential and not enough on the sure thing. £100m on 29 year old Hazard is also one of the worst transfers of all time now.
Isco, Varane and players in that age bracket, who now should be at their peaks, have all declined badly. They've some very good old heads but they're also now declining.
it's hilarious how much time Madrid wasted today simply because they insisted on playing out the back through Chelsea's press
thats a pen.
Tuchel with an other final and Madrid, like most la liga teams, look physically a decade behind (epl/bundesl) and not sure if just new players is the answer.
fuck Perez
and hopefully final more entertaining than the FA semi

By Vini.lad Go To PostArsenal will once again be the disappointment of EPL in Europe 😭
I could've told you that Hazard would flop at Madrid. Fat cunt was just looking for his last contract.
By Vini.lad Go To PostArsenal will once again be the disappointment of EPL in Europe 😭Reckon you'll go through now almost entirely because of the Pepe penalty
Man Utd will beat you comfortably though
By bud Go To Postthey're crying like they won the damn thing already. This is their final. Got no chance against Fraudiola.
Looks like it'll be another 4-5 years of the PL dominating in the champions league, unless Bayern can keep up. Not that dissimilar from 05-10 though really

lol Arteta fully has our number
By n8 dogg Go To PostGood that these sides play this weekend lolCity win clinches the title I think
We had 58 injuries this season, I don't know how that compares to other teams but it's been horrendous all season... and that played out tonight (and the past few weeks tbh) as the players are physically at their limit.
Chelsea was dominant from the first game where the tie should have ended anyways.

By Vini.lad Go To PostHazard full on smiles with the Chelsea players there lmfaoA nothing signing, needed to fill in the #7 gap Ronaldo left behind.
What a human
Think it was Matt Law who said that Sarri played Hazard and Kante through injury and ran them into the ground a couple of years ago. Kante has only just recovered but Hazard looks like he has a way to go still.

My mate and I when a few games into Tuchel's reign this season Kante suddenly sprung to life again.
