Solksjaer definitely plays favourites, but ultimately he's not really wrong to do so. The players he's running into the ground are the ones we've fuck all cover for. Rashford and Maguire get trotted out time and again as they're the only decent options we have in their positions. Same with AWB. We're just blessed that the latter hasn't gotten injured like the former have.
I think he missed a trick not throwing on Amad tonight. He's shown enough to suggest that he can create effective down the right and through the middle. But he's young and the occasion was a big one. Maybe next season he'll give him greater playing time.
