Think he deserves one more season. Has improved us year on year. It’s a black mark against his record we haven’t won anything yet, but neither did Poch at Spurs. And while Ole’s job has been nowhere NEAR as impressive as that, there are enough similarities - young squad, British contingent, genuine progress, a squad that like him and perform for him - that he deserves a little more time.

Any stagnation or regression this time next year - or say, Xmas - and a change is acceptable. I wouldn’t be mourning him if he was sacked tomorrow, but I think it’d be harsh.
