Olé has done everything the Glazers could possibly have hoped for in the last few seasons. It's now time to back him in the transfer market and get his top targets. In previous years we've only spent big money after seasons where we failed to qualify for the CL. Fish got a couple of minutes too. On the loan front James Garner has apparently been excellent for Nottingham Forest and Ethan Laird has done well for MK Dons.
Seems to have a really connection with Elanga.
And for our recent going signings Amad has obviously been far better than we thought possible. I think Pellistri has done well at Alaves also. Things look quite bright.
Have to mention Greenwood too. Very easy to forget that he's still just 19. He's finished the season extremely well and is comfortably one of our bette players. Lad is a phenomenal talent.

Every game became a must win.

It's funny that at the start of the season, Vertonghen was seen as a great piece of business and Otamendi a huge mistake.
The roles have completely reversed, Otamendi is Benfica's best center back while Vertonghen has slipped to their third best behind Lucas Veríssimo.

Potentially big preseason coming up for Harvey Elliot, there are/will be one or two hgoles in the squad that he could fill if he impresses enough. No disgrace if he's not ready for it yet though and gets sent out on loan again.
