By Punished* Go To PostWas Hitchen in charge when spending the Bale money?
I think Franco Baldini was doing his job then.
It always comes back to Levy though. He always tries to be too clever, he always thinks he can get a better deal. He always thinks he knows better than the football people.
Even Hitchen himself is not that bad, he recommended Grealish. He recommend Bruno. But Levy dicked around and here we are. Even Poch could not persuade him to spend that little bit more to get those players over the line. Just £10m more spent and we could have had £100m of CL money to play with the last two years. But like I said, Levy always has to try and outsmart the football people.
By Scum Go To PostMorning, JesalR. Let’s just go full FM and do a Dortmund/Ajax/Leicester. Prospects in. SissokOut.At least we're not beholden to buying largely Jorge Mendes players
Also, madness, Sissoko will be in the France squad but Tanguy won't. What a terrible world.

By Ushojax Go To PostAnnoying that Kane is putting this story out there before the season ends. We already knew he wanted to leave, can’t he wait 6 days before doing this?
All it’s going to do is piss Levy off and make it harder for him to leave. The situation is exactly the same as when Modric wanted to go to Chelsea. Not going to happen. If it’s a continental team then it’s possible, selling to an English team would be a humiliation.
Even if we do sell him to a foreign team, I wouldn’t trust Levy and Hitchen to spend the money. We’d get fleeced by selling clubs like Barca were when they sold Neymar and we’d probably identify the wrong players anyway. These guys fucked up replacing Bale and there is no reason to think they wouldn’t fuck up replacing Kane. Kane is a once in a century miracle, the academy is not going to save Levy if he fucks up again.
Wants it sorted for the Euros, can't see any way it will be ofc, but I can see why he wouldn't want that distraction while he tries to take us far into the comp.
By Scum Go To PostWilli, pls.
Spurs have gotten wayyyyyyy longer than they should have from Sir Harry. If you love him, set him free.
Hodgson had a good run at Palace.
Wonder will they go for Howe? The Celtic rumours have gone very quiet recently.

I still know nothing about this dude but it's gaining a reasonable amount of traction from both Spanish and English journos.
By LabouredPatriot Go To PostI still know nothing about this dude but it's gaining a reasonable amount of traction from both Spanish and English journos. There's a thread on r/Soccer about Arambarri. A Getafe fan says he's comfortably their best player. But he's he's a box to box midfielder and was likened to McTominay in style. Covers a lot of ground, likes to get into attacking positions, but isn't a brilliant passer. Really don't think that's what we need.
He has a release clause, but United want to dick around trying to save a few million.
I'm sure I've seen this one before

Levi is an idiot if he’s not willing to sell to other PL clubs. Who is he trying to fool? He needs the money to rebuild the squad and Spurs are not competing for titles next season. Could understand not wanting to sell to Arsenal, Everton, West Ham, but otherwise?
Having a disgruntled Kane on the side will be horrible for Spurs. Bleeding money for no purpose really.

By LabouredPatriot Go To PostHappy for Benzema, fully deserved too, he's been wanting this so much.
By n8 dogg Go To Postgod i hate that art style so much
It really is extremely ugly
I don’t see Kane as the type to want to go abroad, it’ll probably be a Manchester club rather than a London rival in Chelsea. Realistically I think it’ll bt City; they’ve been making noises for a while that they want him and it’d be a huge signing to get the best PL striker in his peak years. The kind of prestige signing they’d love

I need the gym back ;_;
By bud Go To Postanya taking us back to 2008.College poontang. Those were the days.
Think we'll see half of United's 90's squads make it into the Hall of Fame pretty soon. Keane is the most deserving I think. World class midfielder.
Today’s match has me nervous af. Hate weekday games here because they’re at 3:30pm local time and I just want it over with.
By LabouredPatriot Go To PostBruno wins our player of the year again, unsurprisingly.Won it last season despite only being there for half our games. He's utterly transformed the side. If we get a creator for the right flank and/or a competent DM I think we could challenge for the title.
