I really want Arteta to do well tbh, I know things aren't going great for him right now, and I question his tactics and team selections sometimes but most of the blame are on the players imo. Having said that, I do think Arteta deserves some of the blame too, but it's not all his fault and he should be given time to fix it even if some fans don't believe he will.

Fully agree. What is the point of bringing in someone like Benitez and Allegri who are guys who would only be thinking about now.
The club is on a project, and will take some time to get back to seriously challenging for European places. I’m ok with that and most fans I know from London seem to feel the same way.

Always said he has a free hit this season. Needs to be much better next season as even he won't afforded past December. But I believe he's doing the right things.

I really can't agree with you guys giving a manager with zero experience a free season after the shambolic season we're having. The only way I'd agree to give him more time would be winning the Europa.

Now we're struggling to hit even 50 points and are struggling against the likes of Slavia Praga, getting knocked out by Olympiakos almost twice in a row, having a bad time against the worst Benfica side in years.
If he doesn't win it, it's over. We need to be ruthless. Change this no pressure mentality we have. Chelsea changed their manager (which had a much much better debut season than Arteta) and now are in the blink of an UCL semifinal and fighting for top 4.
