Tuchel's style is boring but it works. Chelsea only challenge City and United next year if they buy a striker who doesn't hate goalkeepers & row z so much they always hit the ball at them.

Hey people are actually doing things a little bit now
Edit: With highlights like those, he would have fit in perfectly here. Sane is pretty close though.

for a bunch of legacy & founders, it was pretty shite. I cannot remember a real side this poor, can see why uncle Flo needs that money.
Tomorrow should be better, hard to be worse than this 2nd 1/2

Second half was rubbish, but I'll take the result.
I think having the same XI from the West Ham match took its toll. First half was excellent, and feels like where we're ultimately aiming towards in an attacking sense.

By n8 dogg Go To PostChelsea are a good side. Think they run City mega close next year. Tuchel's style of play so far has been boring but not sure if that's just a product of him coming in late.
I think it is. I just think it's the execution of our final third play which is preventing us from really dominating teams. It's been a problem all season, even with Lampard.
Edit: You can't legislate for some of the sitters and misplaced easy passes that we seem to pass up on a daily basis.
I wonder if Tuchel will risk making changes against Fulham at the weekend. We looked knackered in that second half.

You'd imagine that him, Ziyech, CHO, Giroud, Tammy, Kovacic, Zouma, Alonso and Kepa could reasonably start against Fulham. It'd be a gamble, but Real won't be as poor in the second leg.
Chelsea gonna get another UCL title just by killing the #process in time
what a well run football club

Liverpool need VVD back, need to freshen up the front 3 and replace one of them, and stop getting injuries

By Cleff Go To PostEvans started promisingly at United but iirc was constantly injured and in shocking form for a couple of years before we sold him. Nobody batted an eyelid when he was sold. Context is a thing.I always rated Evans quite highly, but playing for United is a whole other kind of pressure.
He had a great sense of danger and would always end up as the last man defending an attack, which kind of led to people blaming him for a lot of goals conceded.
By Koko Go To PostAgreeThat madrid line up vs Chelsea was so weak...missing so many players like Ramos and...um...uhh...
And..umm
Oh and the top scorer rodrygo of course.

He's well connected but also a bit of a pessimist. But yeah, I can believe it too.
Ole going to get strangled out of the job like everyone else.

The point more is that the injuries has a burden on the non-injured players, as in, we're gassed. This isn't an excuse or a non-fact, it's just is what it is, the team doesn't have the legs some other teams have shown.
All further amplified when the star signing has been injured for most of the 2 seasons now 🙃
