He always seemed the type that would leave City and go to a Everton/Leicester etc and do really well so to be fair he's been really dissapointing.
9 goals in his 3 PL seasons with Leicester before this one, frankly he's fairly lucky to still be there. But man, what a vein of form. Feels like Vardy is starting to show his age a bit now in this secon half of the season (unsurprisingly), he's got a real chance to be the main man next year

Lads, Porto just drew against Moreirense.
Yesterday I was thinking we are going to be only one point ahead of Porto and now we are 6 ahead.
Benfica are only 4 points behind from Porto and they meet in a week and half from today.
Edit : just to show how crazy it was, Porto scored the 1-2 on the 92nd minute and I thought it was over.
They were showing the replay and I thought Toni Martinez was offside and the light went down.
I had to find my phone in the dark to try and see if it was disallowed and it was by 10 cm.
Light hasn’t returned and my phone is about to die but, man, an incredible 24h of football.

Fowler was fucking incredible for Liverpool. Not having that he shouldn't even be in contention. He was like a 1 in 2 striker for nearly 6 years lol.

My beef with Ole is his team selections and in-game management. Otherwise, this article is just the type of recency bias that is rampant in journalism. Very few can keep up with City - pool busted a gut to do it and are suffering the consequences.

Yeah, Ole’s in game management is largely terrible lol. He either nails the tactical plan and we look good from minute one (usually against better sides) or we look shit and our quality pulls us through.
Still, he’s not alone in that. I think Klopp is very bad at subs and often doesn’t really know how to change a game either, Liverpool have just been good enough to get ahead the last few seasons. The difference is he’s more of an ideologue than Ole.

The end of Porto’s game was a mess. Sergio Conceição was sent off after the game after charging against the ref and a guy who was with Porto’s president assaulted a cameraman outside the stadium.
They are losing their heads, the league has completely turned around out of nothing.
Porto were catching up to us and them overtaking us was starting to look like a real possibility but they could now be on 3rd after the next two games.
Pepe is suspended for the next match and Mbemba came off injured last night so they could possibly be without their two starting CBs for the match against Famalicão and if they fail to win that match and Benfica wins, a loss to Benfica on the following game would see them go down to 3rd (and would see us win the league if we win our next two games).
