By db Go To PostAnyway back to bball, hope the warriors game isnt them imploding again.thought it was gonna be GS vs Houston in the WCF way back when, but now who knows.
We might see Clippers/Wizards Finals.....jesus wept.
a free agent like romrei will get snapped up by a different site sooner or later.
we need to lock him down. maybe he'll be back now but one time he won't.

Clippers/Warriors WCFs isn't even bad though, Clippers should win in 7.
By DY_nasty Go To PostIf Memphis wins tonight, I won't bet against them again for the rest of the playoffs.
Zbo talking shit again to Blake for 6 or 7 games again would be better than Tony Allen scaring Curry and Thompson straight. It's the matchup we all deserve after sitting through Hawks against Brooklyn and Washington.

Someone commented about how weird it is people are going down with injuries despite all the advancement in sports science....
It's the reason that guys like kyrie even have career though. These guys shouldn't. Wall's injury doesn't sound like an over night thing, this has been happening for a while. And it even sounds like some knew about it a while ago, but were hoping it wouldn't implode until the off-season.
The others can be somewhat laid at the feet of guys who didn't listen to advice or thought they knew better.
Then there's just unlucky. Thabo, Love, a few others.
But the advancements are why Conley is back in the series.

LeBron the most clutch shooter of this generation, Duncan and Kobe the least clutch, Kobe by far the least clutch:

that's a random arbitrary number. why not the last 24 seconds?
dont really care for these kind of stats, but i am curious if that list would change to the last possession of the 4th quarter.
NBAtv showed a different time frame.. i can't remember what it was though.
Kobe was 22%, Lebron was like 43% and Jordan 47%

Been out of town and then busy when in town so haven't been posting but here are my thoughs.
Haven't seen Atlanta-Wiz so I don't really know what's going on other than Atlanta's offense just must be easier to lock down during the postseason when you can focus in on them (and Korver) which is something I posited months ago as an interesting thing to look at. But without Wall, I can't imagine the Wiz pulling this off.
Bulls-Cavs is going pretty much as expected. Bulls are better on paper right now but are so up and down who knows with them. That series is so up in the air.
Warriors-Grizz. I said many moons ago I thought Grizz were the best shot to take down Warriors out West but I still think Warriors will win the series. Not uncommon for an eventual champ to be down 2-1 in a 1st or second round series. Grizz D has been damn good but I think Warriors will figure it out soon. But it's a close one so far, for sure.
LAC-Rockets. LOL rockets. Told y'all they were pretenders. That team is soooooo easy to deal with in the postseason (Mavs were a wreck and injured, wasn't a real series). Now you're seeing the result. I'm most surprised at how bad their defense has been, though. I figured the offense would struggle (which is has against a mediocre Clippers defense) but never thought the defense would fall off a cliff. I guess it's an energy issue? I dunno. The team looks like a hot mess right now.
Don't believe Clips get out of the WCF regardless who wins. Though, they'll put up a damn good fight and if it's against Memphis they have a shot.
Second round is much more entertaining than the 1st, thankfully. The first was so bad.

I don't know man, Mem/GSW is gonna push both teams to the limit. Clips basically get a bye round and also that Spurs series seemed to help them improve a lot, I think they have a good shot.
Should be a great WCF either way like you said though.
The Wizards should be nice next year if Wittman has finally discovered that 3s are worth more points than 2s.
edit: German Rondo was Actual Rondo bad to start this post-season, but he's been Media Portrayal of Rondo good in this last bit.

Yep and we beat the team 3 times and dominated the first half of game 1 with him playing.
By Omzz Go To Postwestern conference is the real playoffsI enjoy bulls/cavs more than any other game except maybe clips/houston for certain reasons
By Colonel Nasty Go To PostI don't get the Dwight hate he's been the best Rocket this series by far. It's no coincidence Clipper runs start when he sits. It's been literally everyone else. Bench is non existent, Terry can't keep up, Jones comes and goes and McHale needs no reasoning. Dwights been playing great.
Remember when people said Clippers had the weakest bench in the West?
By Moris Go To Postfunny how most everyone isn't even pretending to be interested in this series.i literally can't.

Spurs/Hawks was my dream Championship just to troll the NBA. That's not gonna happen, so the best I can hope for is Memphis/Hawks.
