On one hand Merc usually does well on power tracks. On the other hand, the track surface is quite smooth so they might struggle with tyre warm up again.
Expecting Ferrari to slot back behind McLaren again, but I give up trying to predict the rest of the midfield.

By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostCharles pls.He does that far to often for someone that experience
Him and Carlos are pushing maybe bit to hard to prove who is the alfa male in FP sessions

Yeah, he needs to cut them out. He might be experienced, but he is still young.
Young or not, he needs to start pacing himself just a bit better, let Carlos be faster one FP session, not going to matter, only Q3
WTF is Merc doing?
Charles, oops forgot link :P

Strange session, as in so much difference between some drivers within teams on similar tires, in the long runs
- only RBR looked steady okish, with Sergio getting tow in S3, but did look good on long run as well.
- Mercedes only showed life on Lewis medium long run, but no others to compare to so hard to judge pace, single laps were awfull (engine settings? , heard they have their new one for this GP, so bring it in slowly maybe)
- Ferrari good in single lap, looked bit off RBR in long runs, Charles was terrible on mediums, not sure what happened there.
Midfield top might be decided in Q by S3 times (GIO fastest of all in FP2) , track should provide fun race

Merc still in problems, Lewis lap was with 0.6 gained in S3 due to mega tow, which begs the question are you gonna arange that when you gain so much.
RBR, Sergio, did not look as good as yesterday, but it was such a messy session with yellow and red flags that you probably should not read to much in that. Max was slowly getting up to pace on the hards, before his lock-up in T15, so will ned few laps in Q1/2 to get back on to speed (confidence)
Gasly did 2 runs on reds and might have helped them tune in for the final run, no tow just pure speed in S1/S2
Ferrari looked best of the rest, after Gasly and better than Merc
If Qualifying is as messy as FP3, getting a good lap in without yellows might be hard to get and will people offer up a run to give their teammate a mega tow (and vice versa)
best S times
And at least Merc pr haven't lost their humour
Max oopsy
I'm so happy ......

Yeah tough luck on that one, a bit too greedy maybe. Let's hope he keeps a cool head in the qualifying session.
2x t15 and the usual suspects out in q1
think Lando is ok, on the edge, so forme no red flag procedure error

Looks like he didn't think he could safely slow to enter the pit which would be fair reason to not box.
Although not sure why he had to ask the team

By KP Go To PostAlso. Did Bottas tow Hamilton every single lap 😂😂normaly they switch by race weekend, so could be normal for this one
Just quit the team mate. They hate you.
Gasly also top and Sergio the one who feels worst
