I have to say from afar I like how England supports the women’s game. It doesn’t feel patronizing like how the NBA tries to hype up the WNBA. They also talk about it a lot on The Ringer FC pod (Ian Wright and Musa Okwonga)
Credit to the keeper for getting a hand to it.
Lol, whats the name of the scorer? - she's a foot taller than everyone else.

We play Oxford on Friday then Peterborough on Monday. Think we'll know by the end of the Posh game whether it's autos or playoffs.
We're very hard to beat but last few weeks we've become a bit goal shy again...

1000th game for Fernando Santos as a manager. Thank god he decided to go with two RBs and left my boy Nuno Mendes on the bench, we need him fit and rested for the next weekend.
Hopefully this will be a more entertaining match than the last one, need something to cheer me up.

Ferna has been fantastic this season. I am desperate for him to sign a new contract.. has at least 2 seasons left I think.
NBCSN had the Man City women's game on TV so just finished watching that which was nice.

By Wahabipapangus Go To PostWell you can safely boycott the world cup at leastWhat pissess me off at the whole thing is whole boycott movement came from a good place of Grassroots and the socially aware board members of clubs such Tromsø and Lillestrøm, the right leaning papers are the ones who are perpetuating in it while on the side using it for their bigotry and racism coverage
Jota again and another header. After a perfect cross from Bernardo Silva for the first one, this time it was Cedric with an excellent delivery.

Bye bye Stephen Kenny.
We don't have the players to much more, but can see the FAI pulling the trigger anyway.

UEFA wanted VAR but FIFA didn't approve it? I can't find any explanations for why VAR is absent.

I really want to find Ireland losing to Luxembourg funny but I just can't muster the energy.
But fuck me, what a result.
But fuck me, what a result.
I don't think us losing is that much of a surprise? Our best player is a 32 year old right back and our top scorer is Shane Long.
We've been shit for years.

Of course it’s a surprise. You have 7 premier league players make the pitch tonight. I couldn’t name a Luxembourg player let alone identify their best one or top scorer.

We're on a downward spiral. This might hopefully be the worst of it, but maybe it's not. Still unsurprised by the result. We're dreadful.
There aren't many Irish football fans who'd be surprised tonight.

We are utter shite and have been for years.
