Just had one of the best dining experiences of my life.

A fusion of Korean-Japanese-Chinese dishes spread over 4 hours with 14 Chinese alcohols for pairing.

The highlight was the tuna sushi served with caviar and then one with black truffle.


There was also beef tartare with sea urchin, and pork with roe.

This drink was also chosen specificaslly for me after I told the manager my wish.


Literally in heaven right now.
