I've no issues with questions remaining unanswered or introducing more but the best finales imo leaves the viewer with some satisfaction. For Severance, I got that outside of the show, with the season 2 renewal.
The episode was good but I knew exactly how and when the finale would end as soon as the boss lady figured out what was happening, I would have preferred for this to be the penultimate episode.
I've mentioned these series before but Pam & Tommy and especially We Crashed are so underrated, probably ranks in the top 10 viewings of 2022 for me so far.

It was fucking dreadful. Liked the first season when I was about 15, and loved the early seasons of Family Guy. Looking back though, it was all dogshit.

Well I think we all knew that was going to happen, I thought the scene itself was executed really well. If you compare it to the BB finale which also has a pretty high action set piece...I think it was done far better.
Agree with n8, last season was the best. Phenomenal show for me, eclipsed BB.

Milchick and Irving easily the two best. What Turturro is doing is so specific and lived-in it genuinely blows my mind; I don’t even know how to explain it but I just fell in love with his character.
The rest are good but Scott and Walken in particular are just playing variations of themselves. Turturro is doing something really interesting.
If anyone hasn’t seen The Night Of, he’s incredible in that (as is Riz Ahmed)
