Amazing show. Hits your emotional state with a sledgehammer
Heard about it and will grab at some point.
An animated “Game of Thrones” series is in the very early development stages at HBO Max, Variety has confirmed with sources.
Man...these GOT sequel/prequel/spinoff HBO shows are becoming Avatar sequel status.
Who even cares about GoT anymore
That’s all people talked about at work and now there’s nothing. People will reminisce about other shows but I’ve yet to hear anyone talk about that show

it was the biggest show ever. The sequels are guaranteed to be hits. Nobody irl talks about shows that aren't on air. People still can't shut the fuck up about GoT online even after that disastrous last season.
people don' even talk about GoT anymore lol
shit is walking dead status right now. if their next project ain't an immediate homerun everything is getting dropped

GoT was one of the most popular and talked about shows on the internet in 2020 and it ended in early 2019. Yall are so out of touch lmao

Some well known talent in minor roles, and then they’ve got Olly Alexander (who’s really good) in one of the main roles
In case anyone’s wondering about the US, apparently it’s on HBO Max on the 18th February

when you done you done and i've never seen a show go from superbowl numbers to off the map and not mentioned the next week the way GoT did
No, that can't be said about a lot of shows. The only shows that can be said about are super, insanely popular shows like The Office, Friends, etc.
The decline was always gonna be big, it was literally the biggest show of all time and ended sour. The fact that it's still so popular after season 8 is a testament to the strength of the IP.
And you're wrong about it disappearing the next week, the bad season only led to more discussion after the curtains closed.

The two properties expand the streaming service's animated offerings based on big IP.
Netflix is upping its anime offerings with two new series drawing from the world of Legendary's monsterverse as well as Square Enix’s Tomb Raider video games.
Legendary Television's Skull Island will see a group of shipwrecked characters trying to escape a dangerous and mysterious island. Brian Duffield, known for Underwater and The Babysitter, will write and executive produce. Jacob Robinson executive produces via his Tractor Pants banner. Powerhouse Animation, the studio behind Castlevania, is also behind the project.

It's a shame Lower Decks is being played as purely comedy.
It's got potential to be so much more. While not falling into the Rick and Morty trap.

By Not Go To PostMr. Robot the 2010s goat for sure. I still can't believe I didn't see the ending coming. Great example of a show that had a clear structure and kept its eyes on the payoff, starting out as a screenplay and allyep, loved that.
By sy interlinked Go To Postone of usmy memory is fussy, but I loved the ep with krista+the dominican crazy guy+elliot, powerful stuff and beautifully done.

By sy interlinked Go To PostSam Esmail(Mr RObot) is doing a Battlestar Galactica reboot. Maybe he can make sci fi interesting.Rebooting a show that has already been successfully rebooted isn't what I'd call starting off on the right foot in terms of 'oh, that's interesting'.
But, hey, space sci-fi, I'll take anything I can get.

Dudes in my office are just catching up and taking daily about it lol
I know it’s just anecdotal but I found this conversation to be highly coincidental and funny to me. I keep telling em not to expect much from season 8. They may actually enjoy it that way

Was Raised by Wolves any good?
Just flicking through SkyGo and you know, I really don't watch much TV at all. So if anyone has suggestions, I'm all ears. Sky have all the HBO shows and the only ones I've ever watched are GOT, Westworld (both shite) and Leftovers, Watchmen (both great).

Still need to watch the film thingy
Genuinely can't tell which ones are completely acted and which ones are real, some of them are so far-fetched

Watched The Expanse and didn't realize there were only 9 episodes and I want more, 2 feet of snow on the horizon, dead of winter and a pandemic and this is the first time I've been down. I need more.
By Not Go To PostNathan For You is the best show of the last ten years, maybe the last 100
I'm still early, but it's legitimately one of the funniest things I've seen. Wish I and many others watched it when it came out so he could get more seasons.
