Since you brought it up, the mockumentary format is getting really tiring 3 seasons in especially with Guillermo and Collin.
They do the "looks at camera" thing at least 3 times an episode. I get it, there's a cameraman, it just makes me roll my eyes. It's why I dropped the office and parks and rec.

I watched 4 episodes of Ted Lasso and it's... fine? But doubt I will be watching much more of it. Rather just watch a good Bill Lawrence show like Scrubs again

Anyway finished episode 5 of squid game, another warm feel good show. I still like it quite a bit, it's far from my favorites when it comes to TV shows, but some of the best I've seen from Netflix

Only one episode of squid game to go now. I didnt really get the one good one bad episode, thought they were all pretty good until episode 6, with the VIP's …. was just really kind of shit. The game they played was fun, but hated every scene with the VIP's. Cant believe waifu is dead :(
Same. Though it started strong, peaked at 6 and went down exactly when they show up. I kinda get what they were trying to do with the acting and all, but they were so bad.
The best episodes were the ones where the game takes up most of the run time, everything outside of the game was so, so stupid. . Had to watch 8 and 9 at like 2x speed.
The cop thing was fine as a narrative device to take us through the inner workings of the org. I liked the way he infiltrated it and moved up the ranks looking behind the curtains, it just fizzled out and didn't amount to much of anything but a very obvious and disappointing reveal. Of course, it's still set up for the second season to focus on that.

That’s my issue. It was an obvious end point for the arc and that’s all it gave us. There’s was very little character development
