RIght now I would rank them in order of airing on a slope
Actually I think I did like 4 more than 3. I laughed like four times compared to once or twice

Now I have t-shirts
I've watched a fair bit of BoJack Horseman recently and I have to say I find it quite irritating. It's just not funny and I don't think there's any more depth in its discussion of mental health and emotions compared to insta stories I see.

Weak year in general.
Been watching Workaholics on Hulu.
It's okay I guess but I wasn't expecting so much gross out humor
Also having the post stabler seasons of SVU on as background noise. I know he only sticks around
for 2 or 3 seasons but Amaro is way more compelling than Rollins and probably the best actor on set.

I liked Lovecraft Country a lot. But I didn't think it was best drama worthy tbh. The first episode was by far the best and everything after that varied wildly in quality.

Mare of Easttown or I May Destroy You for best limited series.
Two of the best shows I've seen this year anyway.

By Laboured Go To PostYeah tbf they were properly effectively scary. Not sure how I felt about LC, very mixed bag imo.Reminded me of the first Weeping Angels appearance in Doctor Who. Proper unsettling.

It had about 3-4 great episodes, and then the rest swung from great to WTF from scene to scene

By Laboured Go To PostThe amount of Wandavision noms is pretty concerning.Same reason why Shakespeare In Love got so many awards.
Disney has big pockets and they want the MCU to be recognised as more than just blockbusters.
I don't think the acting noms are underserved but the show did what the best MCU movies/series do all the time.
It might start interesting but they end up on a silly CGI fight.
Loki only avoided that because they blew out the budget in the previous episode and were forced to have the main characters sitting down for 20 minutes of exposition.
By Cleff Go To PostTopsy and Bopsy scared the piss out of me.They were very unsettling.
I think it would have been a tighter show of they had stuck with the Ardham narrative throughout, but it like they wanted to explore that era
The Hypolyta time travel episode was nuts, half way through I thought I'd taken hallucinogens.
Can't think of a funnier sequence of gags in anything than
- "The brick hit-house… the Southern Dandy"
- Homer's walk-on music being Why Can't We Be Friends
- Homer's robe saying "OPPONENT" on the back.
All within about 10 seconds.

Finished Atypical last night, the final season was great. I didn’t think I’d love that show as much as I did.

By Daz Go To Post"I like Homer, he seems like a nice guy, but I will certainly make orphans of his children"Two other good ones in this scene was Homer imagining Tatum dies of a congenital heart defect, and Bart being so high up in the nose bleeds that he starts accidentally cheering for Tatum.
Anyone watching White Lotus?

It might start interesting but they end up on a silly CGI fight.
It was the riskiest thing they had done with the MCU since its inception.
I only just finished Good Omens yesterday.
Stars a wonky, but finishes strong. Tennant and Sheen are great.

By bacon Go To PostHope they handle Anansi better than American Gods.Bryan Fuller leaving after the first season as show runner didn't help. Messed up the tone of the show entirely. But yeah, the first season was pretty shaky too.
