By Lupercal Go To PostLester, Daniels, Kima and Rawls look like decent Poh Lice.
Kima was a trash bag of a person, she was basically the female McNulty.
Sydnor was a better person and cop.

Sydnor was the best man in the Eastern for a reason.
`
She went behind Daniels & Lesters back to work the Barksdale/Bell case with McNulty, they were the same person. I was surprised too, because Daniels raised her from a pup.

By You got 14 bricks right there? Go To Post`Sure but it was with good intentions. Season 2 she focused more on the job did a lot of good work looking for the girls.

Season 3 she even became aware of McNultys cuntish side.
The beauty of the show, and why it's separate from stuff like Law & Order, is that Jimmy, and even Bunk, are mostly believable grounded cops. I don't recall McNulty being presented as this aspirational holier than most cop. He's reprimanded from Rawls multiple times and ultimately is forced into retirement in disgrace.
In contrast, someone like Stabler is positioned as this former marine, Irish Catholic, father of five who just does what needs to be done to break perps down and close the case of the week. He's completely and utterly unethical in what you're supposed to believe law enforcement is doing day to day and yet he's celebrated as a hero. He's not Vic Mackey paying hookers to plant drugs to justify a forced entry, but he's not that far off.

By Pizza Go To PostFirst time I notice the Ed Burns shoutout in this clip, nice.
I do like to tune the TV to a good morning show while my wife makes me breakfast, then proceeds to kiss me on the cheek before I leave for work.
Must've missed it somehow, I guess. My bad.

Jon Stewart's return to The Daily Show has been great. Democrats have been idiots for complaining about Stewart making a point that both presidential candidates are way too old for the job.
I'm glad we can now say that freely. Even Klepper is an upgrade.
It's also hilarious that Stewart found out the hard way that he wouldn't be able to speak freely on an Apple network though.

By Freewheelin Go To Post@Fortune how are you getting on with The Sopranos m8I stopped at the end of season 4. Might pick up again at some point but I don't have much optimism at the last two seasons being any good.
By n8 dogg Go To PostIf you didn’t watch Whitecaps and think this is the pinnacle of TV then you are lost, brotherAm I really supposed to believe that Tony and Carmela are getting divorced? Come on now.
Why would you walk away from the incredible acting and emotions on display in that episode and think about what’s next in the Wikipedia entry
speaking of wikipedia: it is, and has been for many years now, my go-to for checking someone’s filmography.
used to be imdb, but that site’s gone to shit.
