TLOU started off fairly well and then it got actually fucking terrible. Especially that sniper scene, made me want to not watch any more of it. Even something that I would have thought would work, like the hospital scene at the very end, just felt.... Bad to watch.
By Laboured Go To PostPlease stop rating things. You started this silliness … you had to open the floodgates to bad tLOu opinions
Sam Nelson (Hijack) might be in the hall of fame of finessing. That and the terrorists (on the plane) are beyond dumb af, and probably not even involved with the actual conspiracy.

By Fenderputty Go To PostFinally caught up with “the boyz” season 3 and man that show is fucked up lol.Made up for S2.
By ending in the exact same spot as season 2. They are so frightened to push the plot forward man where the fuck is invincible
After Netflix dropped its cheapest ad-free plan in Canada last month, it’s now doing the same in the US and UK, as first spotted by Cord Busters. Netflix’s support page in both countries states that the $9.99 (£6.99) / month basic plan is no longer available “for new or rejoining members.”
holy shit, fucking robbery

Amos GOAT
Tied as my favorite show ever with Curb, Wire and Sopranos. I can watch any of these shows multiple times from start to finish.

Not really? Homelander is “free” and his cult will cheer him killing “libtards” … his “son” now loves him and smiled when he saw the crowds reaction to the killing etc etc
Calling it now that Homelander will grow soft and his son will kill him, thus making him the new big bad.
Peacock is increasing by $2 a month in August.
Comcast are a terrorist organization, but I've been pleased with the platform overall, and use the funds from the Google Opinion Rewards app through the play store anyway, so it's free until those credits run out.

By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostBeen so long, but I enjoyed season 1.It started off fine but that ending was pretty bad.
And with their deviation from the books I'm also eh.
Will see if the reviews are decent.
By Laboured Go To PostIdk if I like Hijack. It has the distinct air of terrestrial British TV and soap-esque acting.
So better acting than 99% of American shows

It’s less the acting than the ridiculous plot lines. I was wondering how they were gonna fill up a season for a is file 6 hour plane flight. I assumed it wound be with ridiculous plot turns and hahaha man.
But I lowered my expectations early. Show is a silly as fuck but if it’s what you’re expecting … I’m having fun
I like it, although today’s episode was the weakest. Elba is good, it’s engaging enough. Nothing special but good fun.
By reilo Go To PostThe Expanse movie, whenin season 4 right now - I really like it.
I absolutely hate the politics stuff.
Give me more Halo shit.

Ohhh … yeah. Not sure a movie would cover all the hanging story lines. Still pissed at that ending. Gray show tho …. Love space politics too

Been enjoying this season of Sunny, as was to be expected.
But my gosh are they all starting to look their age.

I mentally moved on from The Bear S2 rather quickly after release (it's been a month already whew), but It's been unintentionally flashing back to me in spots during these past couple weeks. The more I think about it, the more I love the structure of both seasons so far as mirrors of one another. Today I woke up with cousin Richie and Terry's conversation in my head (what a lovely scene), but just general interstitial moments like Marcus helping the bike dude or Sydney visiting eating spots.
Not thinking about it in any particular context or reason, but just how it depicts life outside of the more heightened reality, fast cut loud-drama and introspective scenes where actors are doing 'award winning acting' (which are very well paced and balanced), but just those moments of life. It's beautiful.
