Trudging through at as I work, can't believe I stopped Barry for this
Caught up on From, and I'm most likely not going back for season 3, that was a horrible season. The monsters were barely in anything, so there was less tension and more pointless drama, who the hell thought that was a good idea?
10 minutes into the first episode of The Idol and this has to be one of worst written shows I ever watched.

Things just take a sharp turn out of nowhere in a way that it feels like there are things missing (there was supposed to be 6 episodes, they even had the title for the 6th).
Ending is pretty weak but not as weak as the script and Abel's acting.
A complete trainwreck that seems that hasn't been the hit ratings wise that HBO expected.

So, the guy who was practically running a cult, feeding drugs to drug addicts to keep them under his control, who was pimping out girls, who fingered Jocelyn and spanked her in the middle of a group of people, who ruined an innocent guy's life just because he had sex with Jocelyn and who had a past of beating up women is actually the victim because it turns out that Jocelyn was using him and his life got ruined because the press wrote about everything he did?

I thought the end was pretty good and i enjoyed the way the heat tape played a role. A topic brought up consistently never had much meaning. Had started to suspect the outside was a post apocalyptic hellscape after all earlier, but had no idea it was the mask that was the big lie / reveal.
Judicial isn’t wrong to stop stuff but man, they trick people into cleaning with the fake screen in the visor, and also use shitty heat tape to ensure they die before getting over the small hill
Which brings me to the reality of lots of silos. I’m wondering if the doors at the bottom connect the silos? Why doesn’t judicial know about them or the doors.
