By Laboured Go To PostShocking development: Barry S4 is extremely fucking gud.
Just finished S3 and the last episode hurt because there was no “play next episode”. Happy that it’s already coming out I was thinking it would take awhile.
Season 3 was last year unless you missed that. There was 3 years between seasons 2 and 3 because of covid.

By Hixx Go To Postpro tip to the uk gang trying not to be spoiled on succession… dont look at the daily mail front page. even a glance. wtf. thanks, mr bbc twitter front page roundup.LA Times and NYT spoiled last episode for me OUTRIGHT in a headline as I am trying to make my way through S3. Total clickbait cunts treating prestige TV like sports.
LA Times did a full on fake front page obituary
BBC called it the great tv episode of the year in its headline, but no spoilers until the article.
I am still shocked by that episode.
I thought it was being faked at first by Logan just to get to see what his kids thought of him. They were not showing him full on so at one time I thought the assistant was just pressing on a pillow to mimic the sound of a compression or something. The episode did a really good job of making the audience not know what was going on, just like the kids.

‘Game of Thrones’ Prequel Series ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight’ Ordered at HBO
Another Game of Thrones spinoff is in the works.
HBO today announced that it has given a series order to A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Night.
The Game of Thrones prequel series will be written and executive produced by George R.R. Martin and Ira Parker. Ryan Condal and Vince Gerardis will also executive produce.
Here’s the official logline: A century before the events of Game of Thrones, two unlikely heroes wandered Westeros… a young, naïve but courageous knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his diminutive squire, Egg. Set in an age when the Targaryen line still holds the Iron Throne and the memory of the last dragon has not yet passed from living memory, great destinies, powerful foes, and dangerous exploits all await these improbable and incomparable friends.
Game of Thrones Presents: An HBO Original: A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight: Dunk and Egg: A Game of Thrones Story
A “Harry Potter” TV series is officially moving forward at HBO Max.This is the whole article sorry lol
The announcement was made during Warner Bros. Discovery’s presentation to press and investors on April 12, during which it was announced that HBO Max and Discovery+ are officially being combined into a new service dubbed simply Max.
News of a show based on the megahit J.K. Rowling book series first leaked on April 3, but details have now been confirmed.
Each season of the show will be based on one of the books in the franchise, with Warner Bros. Discovery describing the show as a “decade-long series.” It will feature an entirely new cast from the films.
“We are delighted to give audiences the opportunity to discover Hogwarts in a whole new way,” said Casey Bloys, chairman and CEO of HBO & Max Content. “Harry Potter is a cultural phenomenon and it is clear there is such an enduring love and thirst for the Wizarding World. In partnership with Warner Bros. Television and J.K. Rowling, this new Max Original series will dive deep into each of the iconic books that fans have continued to enjoy for all of these years.”
Max will produce in association with Brontë Film and TV, and Warner Bros. Television. Rowling will executive produce along with Neil Blair and Ruth Kenley-Letts. David Heyman is currently in talks to executive produce.
“Max’s commitment to preserving the integrity of my books is important to me, and I’m looking forward to being part of this new adaptation which will allow for a degree of depth and detail only afforded by a long form television series,” said Rowling.
The announcement brings an end to years of speculation on whether or not the Wizarding World of Harry Potter would make the transition to TV. Variety reported in 2021 (ahead of Discovery’s acquisition of WarnerMedia) that the company was looking to develop a “Harry Potter” show.
The franchise has proven incredibly popular across a wide range of media. The first book in the series, “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” (or “Sorcerer’s Stone” in the U.S.) was originally published in 1997. The final book, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” debuted in 2007.
In addition to the books, each of which was a bestseller, there have been eight “Harry Potter” films to date, which have collectively grossed more than $7.7 billion at the global box office. There is also the “Fantastic Beasts” film franchise, theme park attractions, toys, and games, including the recently launched video game “Hogwarts Legacy.” There is also the hit Broadway show “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child,” which serves a sequel to the book series.
Rowling shit the bed so hard with Cursed Child and Fantastic Beasts they had to recast Harry Potter and quadruple the length of a 20-hour film franchise
I wonder if it's going to be a 90's period piece like the books, back before the woke mob existed

Actually now that I think about it, Radcliffe is absolutely coming on for the last season to play middle-aged Harry. And then they adapt the awful Back to the Future part 2 but with magic stage play

By Laboured Go To PostNah there'll just be a title card at the end of the very last episode which says "By the way Voldemort was trans".it explains everything
After months of rumors floating around it seems it’s finally confirmed that the fan-favorite Harry Potter franchise is all set for a TV reboot, and with that, a comeback of J.K. Rowling’s involvement in the projects. An insider recently revealed in a podcast that the original plan was to go with a ninth movie with the adaptation of The Cursed Child. However, Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe and Hermione actor Emma Watson’s refusal to rejoin the franchise with J.K. Rowling, still in the mix after her series of transphobic comments over the recent years, has apparently put those plans on hold.Things looking bright for british child actors who hate trans people RN
It will be interesting to see what happens as the actor of Ron Weasley, Rupert Grint, already expressed his desire to return for the ninth movie. And Rupert Grint
According to the article they tried to buy her out but she asked for WB's entire annual revenue or something
