After watching all the old Law & Order episodes, I needed another police procedural show to watch before going to sleep as it's something that doesn't require a lot of attention and I can switch off easily.
Gave SWAT a try and it's actually decent enough.
I had forgotten that Shawn Ryan (The Shield show runner) was behind it.
For a show about cops, it actually tries to be a bit progressive.
It's normally an easy watch but the their school shooting episode was actually a tough watch but well done. It focused on the victims and never showed the face of the shooters.
It's not peak TV but I am surprised how much I have been enjoying it.

It was surprising to see him leaving Criminal Minds as the it was a very popular show and he was a big part of it but being the lead of a show must have been tempting for him.
The slow motion shoots of him after the end of a mission are getting a bit ridiculous.
