Still waiting on the last vol of the Mr Robot OST ;_;. Need the full version, creeped me the fuck out live
By /bacon Go To PostI just started season 1 without knowing what it's about and god why are all these people beside Shawkat so insufferable. You'll grow to love/hate them. Made it to S3 and, yeah, fottuto inferno.
I can see why not all the reviews for ZeroZeroZero were super positive. It’s very well put together, but you never really feel like you understand the motivations of the characters and so what you’re left with is a ton of excessive violence separated by moments designed to work on your emotions (which aren’t that successful). I did appreciate the all the different sets they worked in to follow the shipment from origin to destination. But those mid episode flashbacks lost much of their impact by the end of it.

ZeroZeroZero is a proper 2.5/5 show. it's ok, but do you really want to waste so much time on it, in a world full of actual great shows? the answer is no. unless you got bad taste
ZeroZeroZero really is one of those shows that divides peoples tastes. I don't mean that negatively but it seems like a certain kind of person finds it enjoyable while another doesn't.
By Patriotism Go To Posttime to start watching Mr RobotOh you're in for a real wild ride.

It's not bad, I'm about 4 episodes in but it's nothing gamechanging either.
I binged this on Netflix. It’s not great, but it’s ok and it scratched that Black Mirror itch a little bit, although Black Mirror would be done with the same idea in one episode and this one stretches the whole thing over 8 episodes on the back of the crime drama. It was ok.
I've noticed it because it's been quite high on the top of Netflix Portugal but probably it has to do with the fact that there's a portuguese actor on it.
Speaking of Portugal and Netflix, the first Portuguese Netflix show has finished shooting.

do you get a lot of brazilian content on portuguese tv?
By DiPro Go To Postdo you get a lot of brazilian content on portuguese tv?Mainly soap operas but even those are rare this days because Portuguese channels produce a ton of portuguese soap operas.
There's a couple of Brazilian channels on cable.

By Lunatic Go To PostI imagine the euro portuguese have a disdain for the old colonies and their accent. You should ask Spaniards how they feel about this sometime.
By DiPro Go To Postso brazilian celebs / singers aren't huge in portugal and vice versa?A few crossover, more brazilians are known in Portugal and portuguese in Brazil.
Stabler puts Victor Tate, an innocent black man in prison for a rape he didn't do
10 years later they find the guy who did it. Then the dude from prison break kills him, Tate now remains behind bars.
Alex Cabot tells Stabler tuff shit and she can't do anything. Only a letter from the Governor can help Tate.
Episode ends. WTF?!!! I'm positive they freed some lil white girl with a similar predicament in an eralier season.
Then on top of that, some other innocent, imprisoned guy gets freed in a later episode and Stabler bings him to the Prison to watch Tate mop floors in order to guilt trip the newly freed man into helping the devil lawyer who knew he was innocent for 20 years.
Fuck Stabler and his entire family

By LFMartins86 Go To PostI've noticed it because it's been quite high on the top of Netflix Portugal but probably it has to do with the fact that there's a portuguese actor on it.It’s been heavily pushed and promoted as per usual, so at least for the immediate times I think it’s on the Netflix top 10 all over the world, even here.
Incredibly mild spoilers but I found it funny that they are portuguese from Tenerife, and if I noticed correctly have a passport from Brazil.
By jts Go To PostI was going to watch it. I will watch it

This series of Taskmaster is shaping up to be a good one
Right mix of lateral thinking, chaos and taking it just about seriously enough to give it a bit of ingenuity and tension

Finished Chernobyl the other day, nightmarish stuff. Now watching White House Farm and looking forward to Line of Duty starting up again next week
Let me know how White House Farm is
Feel like ITV crime dramas can veer between depressing and melodramatic rubbish. Unforgotten hits the sweet spot. Gonna give Waking The Dead a go I think.

By Hitch Go To PostThis series of Taskmaster is shaping up to be a good oneAh, I found the cast a bit beige, but then I liked last seasons

I think the lack of audience is hurting the in studio parts a lot too

I caved and watched Chernobyl, usually I avoid shows/movies where people aren't speaking the native language. It makes me think the Last of us show is going to be incredible.
First and last episodes of Chernobyl are pretty much as good as TV gets. In between is brilliant as well, but what a way to start and end a series.
You should watch the china syndrome if you liked chernobyl. At the very least, watch the final scene
By Xpike Go To Postdid a single person get paramount plusI had CBS All Access for Star Trek and legit cancelled it 2 months after the season ended when I couldn't watch Frasier because the audio desynced constantly. Like once every 30 seconds.
You couldn't pay ME to get Paramount+
Fuck... Don't think I ever watched a show as many times as I did the first 3 seasons of Arrested Development, she was brilliant as Lucille Bluth...
