Looks fine for a high-budget TV show.
I do wish they made her more muscular though.
Right?
No?
Just me?
...ok then

I just hate the MCU sense of humor so much
I dont even care how it looks. I think it needs to look shitty because that's at least funnier than these witty fucks

The "humor" is what kills it IMO, they need to dial that shit down hard, like really hard. As soon as they attempt to make some joke I roll my eyes and shut that shit down pronto. Not every MCU show or movie needs to be filled with cheap jokes, does it? I get that these are made mainly for kids, but do they not have any IP for an older audience?
Give me more of The Invisibles and The Boys, fuck this MCU garbage.

By Zabojnik Go To PostIs The Rings Of Power dropping all at once?
Hope not. This is how most shows drop into the ether. Stranger Things seemingly the only show that can withstand it.
There’s no going back
Humor aimed at kids is here to stay. It is after all based on childrens comics. I guess you can thank Taika. They always had dumb jokes but I feel like ever since Ragnarok every scene just became one joke after another.

Extreme levels of doubt. Getting people onto Prime for 2/3 months then hoping they forget to cancel is what this is all about m8. No other Prime show has had that power. The Boys is good but how many people are subbing to Prime exclusively for it?
She Hulk is hot I don't get the complaints. Throw me :3
By Daz Go To PostMost of it is aimed at Children, so a lot of the complaints always strike me as odd.Fr

I normally wouldn't care, but I got two weeks off at the beginning of September. Would've been nice to binge in total serenity, but yeah, I imagine they'll want to stretch it out.

Am i the only one watching The Rehearsal?

Luxe Listing Sydney, Million Dollar Listing NY/LA and Selling Sunset are so trashy, so tacky, so scripted (probably) and yet so, so fucking good. My guilty TV pleasure, my "I'm turning off my brain" for the rest of the night.
Started watching For All Mankind, the space stuff is A+. It makes me wish this country were still obsessed with space.

So many recommendations so I know it's great, it's just not doing it for me
Has anyone watched "The Bear" yet? It seems to be getting good word of mouth. Debating between starting that or Severance next

Good lord
Still haven't finished season 3. First few episodes took me out of the whole thing, wasn't as entertaining in the same way seasons 1/2 were and the main cast being absent for most of it.
Maybe the back half switched it up, maybe I'll like it on rewatch now that I know what I'm getting into.

The first couple episodes are slow, it takes off once they get into space though.
George likes House of the Dragon
When Condal and Sapochnik decided they had a decent cut of the first episode of House of the Dragon, they sent Martin a private viewing link. And waited.George liked season 8
“George is not an effusive guy,” Condal says. “But he loved the pilot so much that Miguel and I both got text messages with more exclamation points than I’ve ever seen in one place from that man.”
Martin has since viewed nine of the 10 episodes in various stages, and his excitement has only grown. “It’s powerful, it’s visceral, it’s dark, it’s like a Shakespearean tragedy,” he says of the show.
Hanging over the premiere is lingering chatter about the blowback against Thrones season eight. It’s another irony for the pile that the same show responsible for Dragon being so hugely anticipated is also a source of hand-wringing about its reception.George liked the original scrapped pilot
“The fucking toxic internet and these podcasts out there saying that season eight left such a bad impression that people say, ‘Oh, I’m never going to watch them again,'” Martin says. “I don’t trust them anymore.”
GEORGE R. R. MARTIN: I liked the pilot. I realized later that I was a poor person to judge because I was too close to it. Some didn't know Jaime and Cersei were brother and sister. Well that wasn't a problem for me! My great familiarity with the material made it hard for me to objectively judge. I liked that they kept a considerable level of complexity. I'm told I'm under penalty of death if I ever show it to anyone.
