Gonna be some long weeks, cause coalition talks will be brutal. So far it looks like social democrats will win. Forming a government with the greens would be easy, but they most likely need either the liberals or the left to reach the majority.
The left got some crazy ass people that should never be part of a government tbh. Liberals and their election programme is quite different compared to the greens and therefore the talks would be hard as hell.
So it looks like it's gonna be quite different.

I am a landlord. I don't expect my tenants to fix whatever is wrong with the house. I expect them to pay the rent between the 1st and the 8th of the month and not destroy my property, That's about it. If the refrigerator is broken, or the AC goes out, or the water heater goes out I, as the landlord, am expected to fix it. no? Seems like common-sense to me. Unless the tenant bought those things himself/herself.
