By Kidjr Go To PostHoped or thought they'd reconcile, they seemed like a lovely couple. My ex and I had coffee with them once.wow, are they nice
By Lupercal Go To PostMaybe now he'll finally make Analyze This 3Can wait for DeNiro in the MCU
By Hitch Go To PostChristian Slater just seems weird as an action herolol yeah odd times. It was still a great, campy action flick.
There's a bit where he jumps over a barrel and he legit moves like Stephen Segal post-Russia. Also a few slo-mo shots of three foot jumps and rolls.
Gonna watch Face/Off next week
Man...Broken Arrow, Face/Off you are spitting right now
Are you doing a John Woo watching or on a specific era action kick?

So nice, was on Lake como. Italy can be a bit weird if your black and she just really quite warm.

A 600-pound middle-aged man named Charlie tries to reconnect with his 17-year-old daughter. The two grew apart after Charlie abandoned his family for his gay lover, who later died. Charlie then went on to binge eat out of pain.[2]Starring Brendan Fraser

Some great quotes from Mads’ vulture interview
As a person of my generation, I feel obligated to ask how you were cast in the music video for Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money.”
I have no idea. I got a phone call from an agent who asked if I wanted to be in this music video with Rihanna. I kind of boast about not knowing her, but I did know about her music. I was like, “Why not? That’s cool.” When I mentioned it to my kids, my brownie points like … skyrocketed. It was a very chaotic project. I had a great time. And now I’m the bitchIn the music video, Mikkelsen plays the accountant who has been stealing from Rihanna, a.k.a. “the bitch.” , which is kind of cool.
Did you have a meeting with her?
I didn’t meet her. I just showed up on set. She was super-sweet — “Mads, finally, here you are.” I think she had seen something, and she wanted me in it. But she acted as if we had known each other forever. And — the coolest part — she had fake nails with my face on it for the video. To remind her who the bitch is she’s hunting.
Rewatching Endgame as the gf hasn't seen it. I really quite like this (or at least the first 1hr30); I appreciate how much of it is character-based, how there hasn't really been any big action scenes so far, how self-referential it is, how patient it is at getting the stones together, and it's quite well-edited too. Obviously suffers from being ugly like most MCU films, but it's certainly one of the better ones.
At least until the big shitty fight scene on the big grey landscape that takes up the entire final third of the movie.

One of these days I'll sit down and watch the Sonic movie
What guy touching sonic is about to have a metoo campaign against him.
I like The Conjuring movies so I'll definitely watch this. Haven't watched any of the spin-offs though.
By EldritchTrapStar Go To PostI wish Wan would direct one, again.Well, at least he has an original horror thriller coming out in September.
By Hitch Go To PostDemolition Man is much better than I remember it being.Snipes should play more villains, honestly.

Watched Another Round last night and I thought it was pretty okay for the most part. The ending infuriated me and the depiction of alcoholism in the film is so trivialized. Disappointed.
By n8 dogg Go To PostIncredible threadWould have been useful 25 years ago in Goldeneye, where instead they had to just drop Sean Bean 200 feet and hope for the best.
Saw a promising young woman. I would have really liked a film with such a serious message to be better, but that awful script kept taking me out of it. Also Cassie treats the women in this movie a lot worse than the guys and I found that kinda odd.
It's a bit afaik to show how wide your tweets can spread when you claim to have seen a film before it's released, even if you're clearly talking shite.
Think they were picked up for fluff pieces around Wonder Woman and the Snyder Cut

the new MK theme is really, really bad. let's just insert dubstep in the middle to ruin the melody of a song
By LFMartins86 Go To PostEhrlich also says that this one is more watchable than the 1995 movie so…
(Gory NSFW)
Saw this and the fight scene is shot with all the elan of a Rob Schneider comedy. I'll still watch it obvs.
