By faridmon Go To PostI like MCUlol, I'm the exact opposite. Only fuck with the comics.
I don’t like the comics it’s based on but the cinematic universe it’s based on is really enjoyable pop corn flicks
By Kuma Go To PostThe Story of Ricki Oh is awesomehell fucking yeah
Rewatched The Silence of the Lambs last night (hadn't seen it in about 10 years iirc). great film, it's amazing how little Hopkins is in it and yet he delivers one of the most iconic screen villains of all time. His scenes with Jodie Foster are really well done.
Quality film.
Quality film.
two years ago i went to watch a movie in a tiny theater that had the director attending, i absolutely hated it and had a lively discussion with the director about why and how much i didn't like it.
today he got nominated for the best picture oscar and i had mcdonalds for lunch. i guess he won that round.

By FortuneFaded Go To PostHave you thought that maybe he took your words to heart and it strived him to be a better director?maybe but he got nominated for the movie i didn't like so we'll see in the future.
Kaluuya and Stanfield nominated in the same category for the same film. Possible splitting of the vote could lead to a surprise winner.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostNothing for First Cow? Fucking joke awards lol..
By Diego! Go To Post8 out of the 20 main acting nominations are for BritsAt It™
By FortuneFaded Go To PostJimmy Carr's new hair is strangei just googled it and wtf.
We still care about the Academy after they nominated Bohemian Rhapsody and Green Book in the same year?
By reilo Go To PostWe still care about the Academy after they nominated Bohemian Rhapsody and Green Book in the same year?Winning the Oscar definitely made Parasite more popular and I see that as a good thing. Hopefully more people watch Promising Young Woman after the nominations.
By Xpike Go To PostI really want to know who they think the main character in Judas wasJesse Plemons if you go by the era thread/Twitter when he was announced the lead in Scorcese’s new movie.
By Xpike Go To PostI really want to know who they think the main character in Judas wasKaluuya and Stanfield are the leads. Plemons is supporting, but standard operating procedure forced them down a category and Plemons is correctly the odd man out.
