Their house blends are supposedly great. My buddy owns a coffee shop and roaster here in town and was going on and on about the blend set he got from them and suggested I try them out. He actually gave me a list of blends and roasters to try from Japan and South Korea.

Remember when my coffee connoisseur friends and me went to NY and they wanted to find the best coffee place each morning (very indifferent to it ofc). Somewhere in Soho we went in to a place and my friend asked where it [coffee] was from and the girl said 'upstate' lol

It's entry level af but I don't care, as long as I get in that'll allow me to move around the organization.Update: Had the initial interview I’m still waiting to hear back about this. The HR person gave me more info on it and it’s a more client facing role than I thought which is pretty cool. I’ve been told I’m personable and those kinds of roles are good for me 🤷🏻♂️ But I’ve always preferred interacting with as little people as possible in the workplace. 😂
Got another call back for a different position in my current industry (artificial intelligence) and have an interview booked for that on Thursday 👏🏻
