I donât know if Iâve said, but Iâve been thankful over the past few years to hang out in this little community. I think all of you are really cool and hilarious in different ways and itâs been great to get new perspectives from people I never would have otherwise, especially being stuck without regular human interaction for a year and change. I feel like Iâve grown a lot for the better since the GAF exodus and stopped to consider things a little more critically than I normally do. I can't handle social media sometimes but I have to say that this site feels like one of the healthier examples of it. There's something really nice and irreplaceable about semi-anonymous discussion in a small-scale setting. So thanks to Reilo, Blackace, DY and the rest of the mods for making this place what it is and thanks to everyone here for being decent and interesting people. Cheers!

Dude ... she tried to clean up a folder used by the entire project and didnât tell a soul. Blew out everyoneâs hyperlink and short cuts,. She didnât tell anyone. Then she buried the relevant info so deep that windows wouldnât open a file becuae the pathway was so long. After spending time locating the info, I had to drag the file to my desktop for it to work.
It was literally a â ... but you have to coordinate and tell people what youâre doing, you canât just do this and not let people knowâ
She also threw another PM under the buss and blamed him saying he approved of her ideas. (The PM didnât do this)

Part of the issue is the way the Gc awards tbe job. We have a singular contract for a 300 million dollar monster job. Thereâs 5 PMâs and 9 actual sites though. So itâs not a normal Job. My last job was me and an APM so it was easy
We also have to have one project folder for legal reasons. Due to billing and the way purchasing material works, we couldn't separate our folder into site specific subsets.
Weâve had multiple meetings centered around internal document control due to the job complexities. She knows better.
Haven't crunched the numbers but I'm pretty sure I could save more money by dropping my health insurance and just using goodrx coupons.
