Yep my dentist insisted I get a mouth guard for when I sleep because it got so bad in the last year. Felt like I'd been punched inthe mouth some mornings.
I know it's not terrible, all things told, but I've had great dental health my entire life. It's probably the first measurable point of my body suffering because of the last year. Felt like a bit of a gut punch
It’s my birthday! Lockdown started right before my last birthday and the vaccines roll out to everyone next month around here. Kind of a weird bookend, a year in quarantine
I don’t know if I’ve said, but I’ve been thankful over the past few years to hang out in this little community. I think all of you are really cool and hilarious in different ways and it’s been great to get new perspectives from people I never would have otherwise, especially being stuck without regular human interaction for a year and change. I feel like I’ve grown a lot for the better since the GAF exodus and stopped to consider things a little more critically than I normally do. I can't handle social media sometimes but I have to say that this site feels like one of the healthier examples of it. There's something really nice and irreplaceable about semi-anonymous discussion in a small-scale setting. So thanks to Reilo, Blackace, DY and the rest of the mods for making this place what it is and thanks to everyone here for being decent and interesting people. Cheers!
