they are frozen almost straight out of the ground tho while not frozen veggies continue to lose vitamins rapidly every second they are laying around. like i said if you get them very fresh then they are better but that's almost nobody and certainly not during winter in many places.

It’s not really a frozen to non frozen comparison but last summer I was asked to pick up some veggies from a friend’s greenhouse while he was out of town and that shit was wild, cucumber that was vastly better than the mass produced supermarket stuff I buy weekly.
