Seriously, if you are driving without enough sleep, you are a danger to other people. When lacking sleep your reaction times and decision making are impaired.
Get help before your hurt someone.
Last year I had a period of sleeping a few hours at most every night (some nights not sleeping at all), and I then had to drive around with the autistic guy I worked with for long periods of the day, which even when you've sleep, could be a challenge. Not ideal for traffic safety or my own health, and yeah, I shouldnt have done that.
But it was kind of that or lose my job, which I wasnt prepared to yet. Too much worrying about my health and just general stress to fall asleep. Now I've been on sick leave for 3 months, and am prepared to get fired, just not worth it health wise. Got my insurances paid out that can last me quite some time, and got 3 months pay from the start of the next month after they fire me.
But it was kind of that or lose my job, which I wasnt prepared to yet. Too much worrying about my health and just general stress to fall asleep. Warm showers or bust. Cold is too much of a shock. It certainly wakes you up but I think you should be woken up slowly in order for you to be as productive as possible.

I used to take cold showers for 5 years because I had no hot water. definitely woke me tf up the days when the water pressure was there.
I was pretty much cold shower exclusive for 6 years even when it was -20c outside. Only started doing hot showers again this past winter as I got a new boiler and had forgotten how truly toasty a good hot shower feels.

It is funny though, if the hiring manager was Korean that would probably open doors for him. Not the pics of him working out, but rather that he talked to a celeb.
