By Lunatic Go To PostHaving a penis larger than 9 inches is unrealistic? For you.
By DiPro Go To Postfirst mod i'm installing is the one that can make your penis smaller than 5 inches.
5 INCHES IS NOT SMALL
Disagree. 5 inches is small. 7 inches is big. That’s how the world works

Played a little of this tonight for the first time in 6 months. It looks superb on OLED. Jackie still walks right through elevator doors. I haven’t T-posed while driving yet.
Edit: Still T pose while riding a bike. 6 months of patches, lmao

What started as a curious dip to see how the game is after patch 1.22 turned into another 50+ hours of play on a new save.
I’ve definitely seen more weird bugs this play through than I did on release. To name a couple, I’ve seen a character’s eyebrows disconnect from the NPC and float in space. Reloading a save spawned me inside Panam’s body (not in a good way). Still nothing game breaking, and still not had a single crash after now 100+ hours of total play time.
Random T-posing seem to have stopped with 1.23 too.
Anyway, the play through. Nomad crafting hackerman using exclusively tech weapons. Shit’s actually fun. It does help that I installed a health rebalance mod so enemies are no longer bullet sponges. I don’t avoid combat encounters anymore because they’re no longer a chore, but also because they’re actually enjoyable now.
Open up with a few hacks to thin out the group, sprint and slide from cover to cover while ripping through the remaining enemies with a tech AR.
I’m close to saying the gameplay is actually good but due to the mod, player health is so low that I’ve died to too many single hits from stronger enemies, which just isn’t fun when it happens.
Overall 8/10

By Wahabipapagooz Go To Postgod i want to spawn inside panamIt was all eyeballs and teeth, mate. On second thoughts, you’d probably be into that.
Time to drop some recommended mods.
Combat overhaul
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/1908
I think this has been integral to how much I’ve enjoyed my current play though. Highly recommend it. Enemies have less health, but so do you and you don’t gain any from simply levelling up. Perks, cyberware and consumables will still increase your health though, and armour becomes a lot more important.
Driving handling
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/856
Still isn’t perfect but it felt like a good enough improvement to keep on.
Custom HUD colours
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/509
I changed mine to green since it’s more OLED friendly
Gorilla arms retextures
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/1827
These just look cool in my opinion. I’m rolling with piano black. There’s also retextures from some of the other cyberware, like the arm blades and projectile launcher.
I think I have one or two more, but these are the ones I’d fully recommend.

Past the 150 hour mark, this is probably my favourite sandbox-style RPG I’ve played. Right up there with New Vegas. It lacks the amount of choice and multiple outcomes to quests that NV had, but it more than makes up for it in build variety and mission area layouts. There’s so many different paths available depending on how you’re specced out and what Cyberware you have equipped. It’s frankly ridiculous. Even the smaller side missions have at least two routes if you scope them out.
The feel of combat changes massively depending on the build too. Go all in on reflexes and body and you basically have the nanosuit from Crysis with maximum everything, or go all in on hacking and turn encounters into a point and click adventure. Even melee combat is surprisingly fun and viable if specced right.

Crooked politicians, conspiracies, serial killers. One of the best evenings I’ve spent with the game going through all that.
All side gigs and scanner missions cleared. Just the main missions and some side missions with Kerry to go I think.
Still haven’t hit level 20 in quick hacks. Progress seems so slow for skills. Money seems hard to earn too. Been buying cars as and when I can but I’m so far from buying all of them still :(

Alright, went through the different endings and I’ve gotta say the Arasaka ending fucking sucks. Feel bad for any corpo cunts that willingly chose that.
Second playthrough on the way to try out a different start and different build. Corpo, full reflexes and cool. Straight through the story this time, no side gigs/scanners.

Level 20 in hacks should be doable, I reached that and my main lvl was 43.
Just jack in on every point you can and with the XP buff it'll go much quicker.
Money won't be an issue then aswell but I didn't buy as many cars as you did probably, I usually used the Delamain one.

I think the mod I used skewed the quick hacks tbh. A single short circuit ended most fools outright, whereas usually it’d take multiple. Cleared every mission, side missions, side gig, scanner, etc. and ended on level 18, nearly 19 for quick hacks at level 48. Ah well.
As for money, seems crafting is the way to go for that. I haven’t done the maths, but I believe you need well over 1 million for all cars. I bought most of the really expensive ones. By far the most fun to drive was the Outlaw GTS, followed by Jackie’s bike FWIW.
Any rumours about how the next-gen specific versions are getting along? Still really want to play this.

None :lol
Like in its current state I'm not up for trying it on PC just yet.
(which means I want a better GPU)

Could be seeing some news on that this week. CDPR have started pushing out adverts and marketing for the game again, possibly to coincide with an announcement at E3.

3840x1600, DLSS performance and RT shadows, reflections and medium lighting. Only a couple other settings turned down netted me a decent 45-60FPS. Bless Gsync.
Running 3840x2160 with DLSS quality on the second playthrough and getting 60ish. I’ll share my exact settings tomorrow.
By Laboured Go To PostNot bad. Are you tossing in the DLSS 2.2 dll?Not felt the need to, but I might try it out. May as well seeing as my mod list is getting pretty stacked now.
I was able to run it on a 1070 with no noticeable slow down (most of settings on medium)
The 3070 runs everything maxed out with RT.

figured its best to ask here
what are some good go-to mods? i hop on nexusmods and a lot of stuff is cosmetic and i don't particularly *need* a male v/judy romance option in my life either

The "Cool" skill tree is fucking trash now lol.
hacking/Int is even more broken but I already did shotgun netrunner during the first playthrough so I'll go without hacking this time and full meathead
edit: they auto changed the controller scheme to 'alternative' which removes the "quick scan" function. You have to switch back to classic to get it back.

I just realized I have like 15 mods installed and it's very likely none will work with 2.0 out of the gate. Easy to disable them via Vortex, but yeah.
I guess it's AC6 time while I wait for at least the essential mods to get updated.

Just started the game and Night City is hella impressive. Don’t know if it will continue to hold up but I’m very impressed to start.
I am making reflexes my primary stay with mechanics and body as secondary. Went nomad. Haven’t decided on a play style, yet.

By MF Coom Go To PostIs this a good game right now? It's been. It should be even better now.
I think this is the general build I will try going for. Aggressive SMG usage with "gotta go fast" and lots of grenades.
