Just installed the laser garrotte/hand whip.
This thing is just straight up wrecking these Tyger Claw chumps.
AOE whipping an entire drugbar in mere seconds.

Jumping out the car with some trance music playing on the radio and chopping thugs up on the street with a katana is Hotline Miami af.
Glad I decided to go melee/hacking. Though I really need to level up my hacking more and get more skills/RAM.
Light sources just popped on screen at default settings, especially neon signs and headlights.

By Laboured Go To PostOi Vapes what HDR settings you using?Think I set it to whatever that link you posted said to do. I’ll get them tomorrow, but fwiw? I preferred the default HDR setting for overall brightness, even if made for worse colours/details in darker scenes.

Do you get loot that encourages you to change the way you're playing or do you lock yourself into a playstyle early on? Looks like it has a Skyrim system where you level up skills by using them, so assume it's the latter.
By Hitch Go To PostDo you get loot that encourages you to change the way you're playing or do you lock yourself into a playstyle early on? Looks like it has a Skyrim system where you level up skills by using them, so assume it's the latter.I've kinda spread around the skill upgrades based on what circumstances came up in the game as the stats are tied to opening doors and hacking. I'm sure most people playing on higher difficulties are strategizing their builds which would indeed fall under the latter example in your question.
I've embraced the "do whatever you want" mindset in this game which usually in most games I say i'm going to do but fail very early on. This time i'm wearing the dumbest outfits and changing guns based on what loot drops, i'ts been fun so far, but I am playing on "normal" difficulty so I haven't hit any obstacles that I couldn't shoot through.

Seems like I'm getting a variety rather than it sensing my playstyle / stats.
I think CDPR are going to hugely rebalance things like XP and stats. Some weapons seem very imbalanced. Hacking is very OP down the line. And everything takes too long to unlock.
Mind you the way they did things in TW3 sucked and was hugely improved by mods.
Yea there isn’t class specific loot per say its just all random, but there are items that need a certain amount of skill to use

Looks like it has a Skyrim system where you level up skills by using them, so assume it's the latter.I seem to get mostly guns, decent ones too despite putting most of my points into melee/blades. I think on that front it really just off of the enemies you kill and what they’re using.
I had to buy a better sword than the one I started out with because I just didn’t come across any worthwhile upgrades.
fuck me i'm level 21 and just realized there are sub categories within in each skill, now I gotta google how to respec lmao
:lol
Bad news, it costs 100k.
Also I think may respec EVERYTHING, AND not give you back you base stat points to change (so only skills). Idk, but it sounded harsh when I read it.

I would like to say that I thank all of the beta testers in this thread that will help to make CP2077 an amazing product when it is actually finished next summer.

This whole experience reminds me of Skyrim's release (except I like the mechanics more), where you could see with patches and mods it could be a game you spend 200 hours in.

Unfortunately don't have the time anymore at this new job to be messing around. I assume by the first DLC things will be considerable better.
I think I messed up with (death spoilers related to the body decision in the car)
Jackie’s body. If you choose not to send his body anywhere just yet the car takes it back to his family, but I think you can miss out on a mission. Also, after the thing in the bar Mama Wells says she couldn’t give him a proper funeral because didn’t have his body, so I don’t know what’s going on there but the safest option would have been to choose the option to send him home.

You can say that about most games these days, but I wouldn’t advise anyone playing on PC to wait for more patches before starting (unless polish is super important to you)
Anyone been able to kill or incapacitate a cyberpsycho yet?
I'm lvl 14 now but they always just oneshot me, do I just need to level more before I try?

By Lupercal Go To PostAnyone been able to kill or incapacitate a cyberpsycho yet?Level up more. If the mission is listed as very high for danger, then you’re likely under leveled.

m8s, sy knows refunds are better on PC across most platforms and shit on consoles. He's just trolling you like always.
As data posted, we console players rarely get bad ports so refunds rarely ever happen. Please understand.
thank you for funding the continued growth of the master race
Steam isnt half bad either, although I think there is a play limit
