Ah, upon further inspection, you are correct.
Yeah, 80 € is to much for a game.

I think DeS is the only decent and true next gen game available.

Miles is still last gen yeah

HDR seems to be hit or miss depending on the game.

Bloodborne on a 4K display really doesn’t look good. OLED can’t save it. I’d probably get used to it after a couple hours of play, but the aliasing is frankly offensive. Gutted.

Astro looks dope, fairly amusing but all the controller stuff is just giving me Six Axis flashbacks.

Fortnite in 120hz mode is passable. Looks noticeably worse than it does on my PC with DLSS Quality when it comes to objects in the distance, but not to the point that I actually care that it looks worse.
Frame rate stability seems very good. Could happily play it on either PS5 or PC and not really care either way.


Haven’t tried anything else yet, I got a £50 gift card from work last year that I might buy a store voucher with to buy Demon’s Souls.
Not really interested in Spiderman, that’s a £15 or less game play in my book.

My system is pretty quiet too. Given it’s on my desk next to my PC and I sit fairly close. Thus far all I can hear is a little bit of coil whine. Might change playing DeS, more demanding games or when using the disk drive. Can’t complain for now though.

Performance is good in 120hz mode. With vsync off, the game runs completely uncapped but screen tearing is noticeable. Input response feels a little slow compared to the PC version but still seems improved over the PS4.
Image quality seems a little sketchy, but in fairness it’s on a 55 inch screen and I’m sat a metre away from it. If I was sat further back or had a smaller screen, it’d look fine.


Let me plug a keyboard and mouse in and I could happily play this version over the PC version for the foreseeable future.

I’ve got a lot of PS4 exclusives to catch up on, and some PlayStation only fools that I used to play online with religiously that I’ve reconnected with.

I’d buy Demon’s Souls with haste if not for it being £70.

Kena is straight up Zelda Ocarina of Time + Majora's Mask. But I'm PISSED it got delayed again. PS5 "launch window" titles have basically been depleted to nothing with this and GT7 getting delayed.

Tried out the thumb grips, liked them. Then ordered a custom pad afterwards with paddles, a longer right stick and clicky triggers.

Ordered on the 28th of Feb, the website updated within a couple days stating they were building the controller but I received an email last night stating it was in production and being built.

So for those interested, roughly 10 days after ordering is when AimControllers start working on your order. How long it’ll take from here until I get it could still be as much as 7 weeks. I’m hoping it’ll be by the end of the month though.

Yeah I expecting to wait a year or longer. It's just more of I could save this $500 for a PC far into the future or a enjoy a Series X now that would likely be made redundant with a future PC.

Depends on what you want to play.
If it's all coming to console, then go ahead. You'll be good for 5-6 years but factor in XBL/GP for 6 years too.
If you're really dying to play on pc, then sure, wait a year and save a bit and you'll be good.
