It's very good.
If they changed the analog positions, might even be the GOAT.

I like the controller and what it brings to the PS5, but I feel that the OS really needs some firmware updates. No VRR. External HDD issues. No Quick Resume. PS4 and PS5 versions of games downloading. No SSD expansion.
On the MS side the UI is really quick and snappy. Quick Resume works really well. Auto HDR is dope af. The controller feels really good, but I imagine they'll respond to the Dual Sense in something like a Elite Series 3 controller. A lot of stuff to play with GP. Feels similar to getting a GPU upgrade, but for consoles. Shame 343 fukd up Infinite and missed the launch window (year?).

Not that I'm surprised, just want to point it out to a friend claiming that the Series S is some sort of major hit. It's for me hard to remember seeing a console so easy to be obtained on its launch window. It is, in the countries I've tracked it, a dud.

I've tracked it in Finland and Portugal and it's ridiculously easy to get and there's a ton of stock in central warehouses, which is true since launch. It's not even a matter of Europe not being "Xbox land" as the Series X is proper sold out for the most part from what I can see. I wonder if we're going to get an official breakdown in numbers.

I still haven’t played with Demons yet, but the surround sound quality in Astros playroom is great. The PS5 system not only has you pick between and 5 and 7.1 during the set up, but it also lets you adjust angle of each speaker channel relative to the listening position. I selected bitstream Dolby, but I don’t actually think that matters all that much. My receiver is set to doubly surround.
I’m digging the dual sense, but the kids have been kinda dominating. I’m gonna play a little sack boy with my wife when the go to bed and then Demons on after. I’m can still listen pretty loud with kids asleep (they have sound machines)
