Playing Ozil now would make us play just as shit but with 10 men instead of 11.
These "created chances" stats can be and usually are extremely misleading as well.

Maybe - but I’d put money on that being Arteta’s inherently negative tactics more than anything else.
What actually happened with Aouar, then? Arsenal are in dire need of a creative midfielder.

From one GOAT to another
Arteta strikes me as a little bit like Lampard in that he's decent at coaching in a particular aspect of the game, but is still trying to find the balance. Lampard has had more time to try and find that - and still hasn't reached it yet.
Arteta is probably owed more time.

I agree, he does need more time; I’m certainly not one for sacking managers this early. But it’s just bizarre how one dimensional they are. At least Lampard got a few big thumping wins, they could show they could score. A side with Auba, Lacazette, Willian, Saka et al should be scoring from more than just Gabriel at set pieces.
Donny is shaping up rather nicely now. His one touch passing bypasses the Southampton press very effectively. Compare that to Pogba who Southampton have targeted in the past for pressing because they know he's uncomfortable with players getting in his face.
By Cleff Go To PostI hear Cavani is a racist now?
No m8 it's just his culture.

at this point i believe the reason ozil isnt playing is because arteta is a terrible man manager, tell me why AMN hasn't gotten PL starts despite Bellerin being so defensively suspect, don't believe Torreira or Guendouzi would be doing any worse in our midfield either, and he personally asked for Willian from Chelsea, he just doesn't have what it takes to identify talent

Chelsea - Spurs was a dull game but I reckon Lampard got the tactics right today. I have seen plenty of more experienced managers naively get exposed by Mourinho's counter attacking tactics and after last season I appreciate every clean sheet we keep.
Spurs are a good side in form and a draws a decent result.

Don't want
Throwing more money at players who don't give a fuck sounds absolutely peak arsenal
By Cleff Go To PostCavani is a big Clapton fan, or so I hear.We should wait for clapton to clarify what he meant before we jump to conclusions
When you don’t have that much money, I feel like spending £30 million on an 18 year old centre half and then deciding he’s not ready is not the greatest decision in the world

Hah!....
To be fair to Clapton, all English people thought that back then. Thankfully times have changed and they know not to voice those thoughts now.

Damn this keeper sucks.
Would be cool to see Gattuso win the league. ABJ please.
Edit: I didn't realise they were 6 off the top like Juve
By Lunatic Go To Postn8 the reason Ozil isn't playing is because the owners don't want him to.
that's what happens when he has opinions on a genocide happening to people of his extended ethnicity and culture, in a country arsenal want to make money in.
But fans are all "He'S NoT GuD EnOuGh AnYmOre."

What did it say 👀
It seems that so many people were shitting on TalkSport and Troy Deeney they've removed the tweet on the basis that it was putting out a harmful point of view on concussions.
