Gabriel shouldve done a lot better there, he would either make a penalty or be dribbled going all in like that, there was simply no chance of getting the ball away with that sliding tackle
we are fucking horrible
This is the worst Arsenal side I've ever seen.

collectively we are embarrassing
By Vini.lad Go To PostTell me one worst team since 2006Most of the later Wenger years and Emery were much much worse. Think how defensively how bad we were.

By Freewheelin Go To PostMost of the later Wenger years and Emery were much much worse. Think how defensively how bad we were.I dont remember we failing to score for almost 8 hours on the league or being this low on the table before.
I'd say we improved a tiny bit at the back against the top sides, but we're still fragile at the back when we're not the underdog.
Going forward this is, by far, the worst side I've ever seen.
So overall, yeah, can't remember being this bad.
I have no hopes we will even get a point out of this game, which won't help us a lot.
By Freewheelin Go To PostMost of the later Wenger years and Emery were much much worse. Think how defensively how bad we were.are you saying we are somehow better now? Villa scored 3 on us the other day.
At least Wenger had us always playing decent attacking football
By Lunatic Go To PostY'all still watching Arsenal lol

By Lunatic Go To PostY'all still watching Arsenal loli just have it in the bg while im working, from what ive seen Xhaka plays as a 3rd CB and Ceballos is a right back because Arteta is a coward
Emery had a decent first 7-8 months spell. Arteta had a decent 1 month spell, luckily for him it granted him a trophy.
He's making it really hard to have some hope of him being the man to take us forward.

By Fergie Go To PostQuestions:
Who had the penalty - the 2 -0 leading team or other team?
Was it actually dark on the pitch too?
Is this the stadium I have played at?
Feel like I need some answers to state that it is the biggest cliffhanger ever.
Third one is probably for my hazy memory.
By Xpike Go To Postare you saying we are somehow better now? Villa scored 3 on us the other day.Not saying we're better now, but we're not as bad now as we were then. And yeah, Wenger had us playing decent football but his tactics were a joke against the bigger teams.

I would trust the process if we looked like playing actual football with purpose, but Arteta may actually be among the worst managers in the PL right now, no goals from open play in a month or so?
Arteta's plan when he came In was to make us more solid defensively. Now, he has neglected the attacking side of the team, but the basis of any good team is from the back.
By Freewheelin Go To PostListen, man, it takes time. Arteta hasn't even been here a year yet.It does, but, how long? I wish we could have been seeing more, a lot more in fact.
Yeah you'd probably have seen at least some signs that Arteta can adequately coach his attack by now.

When you see Bielsa doing it from minute one at Leeds...

Think our FA Cup run was just the new manager boost and this is about as good as Arteta can do at this stage in his career, our team is completely edgeless
We are playing with the intensity of a team that's winning 2-1 away from home
but we're actually losing again at home.

I can see this being the worst arsenal side most of us have seen when you consider how many teams are better than them
Could easily see them finishing 8th to 12th or so, think it's less likely that they end up in the top 6.
That doesn't mean they were wrong to sack Wenger or Emery, but things have obviously not gone entirely to plan since. Their manager and DoF are only there because they are former players.
